  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Eisenbahnschienen und sonstigen gewalzten Stäben,   Platten, Blechen usw. aus einem Metall oder aus zwei oder mehr in der ganzen Walzl nge übereinanderliegenden Metallschichten.   



   Um Eisenbahnschienen und sonstige Walzstäbe, Platten, Bleche usw. herzustellen, welche entweder aus nur aus einer Metallsorte bestehenden Blöcken oder aus Verbundblöcken gewalzt werden, werden diese Blöcke nicht in der bisher üblichen Weise unmittelbar zu Eisenbahnschienen usw. ausgewalzt, sondern die Blöcke werden nach dem an sich bekannten Wegschneiden des die Lunker und Verunreinigungen enthaltenden oberen Blockendes in einer hydraulischen Schmiedepresse oder dgl. in derjenigen Richtung, in welcher die Metallschichten übereinander gegossen wurden, soweit gestaucht und gleichzeitig in einer dazu senkrechten Richtung ausgeeckt, bis der so erhaltene ausgeeckte Block bei einem bestimmten Querschnitt eine solche Länge erhalten hat, dass derselbe in ein entsprechendes Kaliber der bekannten Blockwalzen, oder in die Grobblechwalzen eingeführt werden kann.

   In diesen Walzen wird der Block in bekannter Weise weiter vorgestreckt und hierauf im Schienenwalzwerk, Trägerwalzwerk,   Blechwalzwerk   oder einem anderen   Fertigwalzwerk zum Endprodukt   ausgewalzt.
