   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung an Nähmaschinen zum Schutz der Finger beim Nähen,   nm   zu verhindern, dass unvorsichtigerweise die Finger zwischen Stoff-   drücker   und Nadel gelangen   können ;.   



   Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in den Fig. 1 bis 3 der Zeichnung dargestellt. Am Stoffdrücker f der Nähmaschine ist ein verstellbarer Halter e angeordnet, der zwei oder mehrere zur Nadel c parallele und diese umgebende Stängelchen a, b trägt. Am Nadelhalter und an der Nadelstange g sind entsprechend der Anzahl der Stängelchen Bohrungen h, i vorgesehen, durch welche die oberen Enden der   Stängelchen   hindurchtreten, um die Bewegung der Nadelstange g nicht zu behindern. Der verstellbare Halter e trägt ferner eine in eine Kerbe tn des   Stoffdruckers   eingreifende, mit einem Handgriff n versehene Feder l. Mittels dieses Handgriffes kann die Feder l aus der Kerbe ni gebracht und der Halter e samt dem Stängelchen a, b hochgehoben werden, wenn aus irgend einem Grunde die Nadel c zugänglich gemacht werden soll.

   In diesem Falle kehren beim ersten Niedergang der Nadelstange der Halter samt den Stängelchen in   :'"'Gebrauchsstellung   automatisch zurück.
