Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln des Bindegarns bei Stroh- und ähnlichen Ballenpressen.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Nadeleinfädeln bei Pressen für Stroh, Heu uud dgl., die aus einem Rahmen besteht, durch den der Faden quer gespannt gehalten wird und der bis in die Hahn der Nadel gebracht werden kann, wodurch man nicht wie bisher beim Einfädeln des Fadens diesen unter der Presse festzulegen braucht.
Es ist bei Strohpressen ein bekannter Übelstand, dass man den Bindefaden unter der Presse an einer überaus gefährlichen Stelle, nämlich dort, wo die Stecheisen durch den Pressraum hindurchführen, festlegen muss, damit die Stecheisen (Nadeln) den BindeFaden sicher fangen. Die Erfindung soll diesem Übelstande abhelfen. indem der Faden in einen Halter eingelegt und dieser Halter sodann in die Hahn der Nadel geleitet bzw. dorthin gebracht wird, wo der Verbrauch des Bindefadens stattfindet.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung in Seitenansicht und Draufsicht dargestellt. Am freien Ende einer Stange 1 ist der Halter für den Bindefaden befestigt. Dieser besteht aus einem Rahmen 2 mit entsprechenden Durchbohrungen sowie einer drehbar gelagerten Leitrolle 3, zu deren Fläche parallel der Bindefaden 4 durch den Halter gehalten wird. Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln des Bindegarns bei Stroh-und ähnlichen Ballenpressen, gekennzeichnet durch einen mit Führungen und Haltevorrichtungen für den Faden versehenen Rahmen (2), der bis in die Bahn der Nadel geschoben bzw. gebracht wird, so dass diese, beim Niedergang an dem durch den Rahmen quergespannten Faden vorbei- streichend, diesen beim Hochgehen ergreifen muss.

The invention relates to a device for threading needles in presses for straw, hay and the like, which consists of a frame through which the thread is held taut transversely and which can be brought into the cock of the needle, which means that threading is not possible as before of the thread needs to fix it under the press.
It is a well-known problem with straw presses that the binding thread under the press has to be fixed in an extremely dangerous place, namely where the chisels pass through the press chamber, so that the chisels (needles) catch the binding thread safely. The invention is intended to remedy this drawback. in that the thread is placed in a holder and this holder is then passed into the cock of the needle or brought to the point where the binding thread is consumed.
