Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

    Stabförmiger Betankörper.

    Rod-shaped tank body.

   This invention relates to a further embodiment of the rod-shaped concrete body produced according to patent no. 44241 and consists in the fact that the continuous metal wires going back and forth between the longitudinal rods are connected to one another at their reversal points with the longitudinal rods without enclosing the latter.

   In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows the cross section of a column with the reinforcement according to the present invention and FIG. 2 shows a development of the reinforcement.

   In the embodiment shown, the individual sections of the wire encirclement are designed as wires 4 which are wound in a serpentine manner in one plane and which are connected to the longitudinal rods 2 in any desired manner. Several ways of connecting the serpentine wires 4 to the rods 2 are shown in the drawing. According to the illustration of the drawing, the various aids for connecting the wires 4 to the rods 2 consist on the one hand of sleeves 5 with hooks 6, on the other hand of closed rings 7 and finally of wire wraps 8.

  The sleeves 5 and the rings 7 can be slipped onto the rods 2 in advance and subsequently moved at an appropriate distance from one another when the wires are wound. The use of wire wraps 8 is particularly advisable if the wires 4 are to be produced in thicker dimensions, so that their winding on the spot would cause difficulties.

   If the use of longitudinal rods 2 is not required statically, the wire windings 4 are connected directly to one another at their reversal points.
