  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kegelfedern aus Stahlbändern. 



   Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kegelfedern aus Stahlbändern, das bezweckt, zu verhindern, dass der Querschnitt des Bandes nach dem

   Zur Herstellung der Kegelfedern wird das Stahlband A (Fig.   t) verwendet,   dessen Querschnitt in der aus Fig. 2 ersichtlichen Weise an seinen beiden uach den Schmalseiten hin gelegenen Enden nach derselben Seite hin gekrümmt ist. Dieses Stahlband wird derart auf den Dorn aufgewickelt, dass seine hohle Seite dem Dorn zugekehrt ist. Hiebei wird das Band vollständig gerade, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist.   Untr Umstanden   ist es vorteilhaft, den Querschnitt des Bandes nicht nur an den beiden Enden, sondern auf seiner ganzen Lange zu krümmen.

   To produce the conical springs, the steel strip A (Fig. T) is used, the cross-section of which is curved towards the same side at its two ends located towards the narrow sides in the manner shown in FIG. This steel strip is wound onto the mandrel in such a way that its hollow side faces the mandrel. In doing so, the tape becomes completely straight, as can be seen from FIG. Under certain circumstances it is advantageous to curve the cross-section of the band not only at the two ends, but along its entire length.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of Eegel springs from steel strips, characterized in that the steel strip is curved towards the same side at its two ends located towards the narrow sides and then wound onto a mandrel in a known manner, the hollow side of the strip facing the mandrel.
