Tafelaufsatz mit beleuchteter Fruchtschale für künstliches Obst.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Tafelaufsatz, an oder in dessen durchscheinender Fruchtschale in bekannter Weise elektrische Glühlampen angebracht sind, die zur Beleuchtung des als Zierde aufgelegten künstlichen Obstes dienen. Da frisches Obst die von den Lampen ausgehende Wärme nicht verträgt, ist der Aufsatz derart ausgebildet, dass er auch ohne Beleuchtung verwendet werden kann. Zu diesem Zwecke ist in der Fruchtschale ein federnder Kontakt angeordnet, der mit einem zweiten Kontakt in Berührung kommt, sobald eine Platte aufgesetzt wird. Vorzugsweise erfolgt das Niederdrücken des federnden Kontaktes durch den verstärkten Rand der Schale. Legt man keine Platte auf, oder verwendet man eine Platte mit glattem Rand, so bleibt der Kontakt unwirksam und die Lampenleitung ist unterbrochen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht den Erfindungsgegenstand im Schnitt.
Am Ständer a des Aufsatzes ist die Fruchtschale b angeordnet, die mittels in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellter Lampen von aussen oder von innen beleuchtet werden kann. Die Lampenleitung c führt einerseits zu einem federnden Kontakt d, der auf einem aus Vulkanfiber bestehenden Isolierstück e befestigt ist und andererseits zu einem Messingkontakt f. Wird eine Platte g mit verstärktem Rand h aufgelegt, so drückt dieser den federnden Kontakt d nieder, so dass er den Messingkontakt f berührt und dadurch den Lampenstromkreis schliesst.

The subject of the invention is a table top, on or in the translucent fruit bowl of which electric light bulbs are attached in a known manner, which are used to illuminate the artificial fruit placed as an ornament. Since fresh fruit cannot tolerate the heat emanating from the lamps, the attachment is designed in such a way that it can also be used without lighting. For this purpose, a resilient contact is arranged in the fruit peel, which comes into contact with a second contact as soon as a plate is put on. The resilient contact is preferably pressed down by the reinforced edge of the shell. If no plate is placed on it, or if a plate with a smooth edge is used, the contact remains ineffective and the lamp lead is interrupted.

On the stand a of the attachment, the fruit bowl b is arranged, which can be illuminated from the outside or from the inside by means of lamps not shown in the drawing. The lamp line c leads on the one hand to a resilient contact d, which is fastened to an insulating piece e made of vulcanized fiber, and on the other hand to a brass contact f.
