EMI1.1
brachte abstehende Schutzschirms vorgesehen.

Amber protection for incandescent lamps.
In order to prevent contact with live parts of incandescent lamps while they are being screwed in, insulating sleeves that can be moved in the incandescent lamp holder have been used as protection against accidental contact.
Interrupting contacts or the like. Provided. which are moved by screwing in the bulb.
However, these arrangements are complicated and easily subject to damage.
EMI1.1
brought protruding protective screen provided. The protective screen is permanently or detachably connected to the light bulb and prevents touching the live parts (the bulb base) even while the bulb is being screwed in. The establishment is therefore in contrast to the familiar. of the. Function independent of springs or similar moving parts. Furthermore, the normal light bulb sockets (or other lamp holders) of all sizes can be used.
Some embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. In this 7 means the usual lamp socket. 2 the protective screen and 3 the light bulb with its base 4. In FIG. It exists appropriately
EMI1.2
Use metal that is coated with insulating material for the protective ring. or attached to the lightbulb isolated from the lamp base. Furthermore, the protective collar does not have to be massive. but could also be designed like a grid. Fig. 2 shows the incandescent lamp with a pressed on. thus the protective screen rigidly connected to the lamp alone.
The protective screen can also expediently be attached to the metal lamp base. Fig. 3 shows such an embodiment. The protective collar 2 is supported on the collar 5 of the lamp base 4.
But you can also design the glass body of the lamp itself as a protective collar, for which Fig. 4 gives an embodiment.
Is cheapest. when the protective collar is bell-shaped and overlaps the base / at least part of its length. The width of the bell-shaped protective collar is dimensioned in this way. that when the bulb is in the dusty state it also overlaps the edge of the insulating socket ring.
The protective screen can of course also have any other desired shape and can, for. B. also consist of an insulating disc sitting at the foot of the glass bulb.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Protection against contact for light bulbs to prevent contact with live parts during screwing in, characterized by one or more protruding protective screens attached to the light bulb.
