Gasspritze.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Gasspritzen, bei welchen am Deckel ein Säurebehäiter lösbar befestigt ist, der ein Verschlussorgan besitzt, welches durch einen im Deckel der Gasspritze angeordneten, nach aussen führenden Druckbolzen betätigt wird. Während bei den bekannten derartigen Gasspritzen der Druckbolzen mit dem Verschlussorgan des Säurebehälters fest verbunden ist, sind bei der Gasspritze nach der Erfindung Verschlussorgan und Druckbolzen vollständig voneinander getrennt, so dass der Säurebehälter leicht ausgewechselt und auch durch eine Gaspatrone ersetzt werden kann.
In der Zeichnung ist der Deckel samt dem Säurebehälter einer Gasspritze nach der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt.
Am Deckel R einer Gasspritze ist ein Säurebehälter C auswechselbar befestigt, der in seinem Boden ein nach unten entgegen einer Federwirkung sich öffnendes Ventil V besitzt. Das Ventil V ist mit einer durch den oberen Behälterboden hindurchgehenden Betätigungsstange l verbunden, welche bis unter den im Deckel R angebrachten, nach aussen führenden Druckbolzen D reicht. Letzterer ist zwecks Abdichtung am Deckel R mit einem konischen Bund J versehen. Bei Verwendung der Gasspritze wird der Druckbolzen D in den Fltlssigkeitsbehälter in üblicher Weise entgegen der Federwirkung hineingedrückt, wobei er an das obere Ende der Betätigungsstange l stösst und diese nach unten drückt, so dass sie das Ventil V öffnet.
Nach Loslassen des Druckbolzens D schliesst sich das Ventil V selbsttätig.
Die beschriebene Anordaung bietet den Vorteil, dass gefüllte Säurebehälter ähnlich wie die Glaspatronen in Vorrat gehalten und dass entleerte Säurebehälter vom Deckel der Gasspritze leicht gelöst und durch gefüllte ersetzt werden können. Gegebenenfalls kann am Deckel R anstatt des Säurebehälters eine Glaspatrone befestigt werden, wobei der Druckbolzen D zu ihrer Zertrümmerung dient.

Gas syringe.
The invention relates to gas syringes, in which an acid container is detachably attached to the cover and has a closure element which is actuated by an outwardly leading pressure pin arranged in the cover of the gas syringe. While in the known gas syringes of this type the pressure pin is firmly connected to the locking element of the acid container, in the gas syringe according to the invention the locking element and pressure pin are completely separated from each other so that the acid container can easily be exchanged and also replaced by a gas cartridge.
In the drawing, the cover together with the acid container of a gas syringe according to the invention is shown in one embodiment.
An acid container C is exchangeably attached to the cover R of a gas syringe and has a valve V in its base which opens downwards against a spring action. The valve V is connected to an actuating rod 1 which extends through the upper container base and which extends under the pressure pin D which is attached to the cover R and which leads outwards. The latter is provided with a conical collar J for the purpose of sealing on the cover R. When using the gas syringe, the pressure pin D is pressed into the liquid container in the usual way against the spring action, pushing it against the upper end of the actuating rod 1 and pressing it downwards so that it opens the valve V.
After releasing the pressure pin D, the valve V closes automatically.
The arrangement described offers the advantage that filled acid containers are kept in stock in a similar way to the glass cartridges and that emptied acid containers can easily be detached from the lid of the gas syringe and replaced with filled ones. If necessary, a glass cartridge can be attached to the cover R instead of the acid container, the pressure pin D serving to destroy it.
