Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Pessar für Hämorrhoidalleiden, dessen. Neuerung darin besteht, dass es aus mehreren durch eingesetzte Schraubstifte oder, dergleichen miteinander verbundenen Teilen besteht, zwischen denen Scheiben von Watte, Gaze oder dgl., die mit einer geeigneten, eine heilende Wirkung besitzenden Flüssigkeit getränkt sind, eingeklemmt werden. 1' :

Das Pessar besteht aus dem mit der Platte a verbundenen, zweckmässig in seinem' mittleren Teil verjüngten Zapfen b, an dessen Ende sich der oval ausgebildete Kopf ci befindet. Gemäss der Erfindung ist der Zapfen b aus den Teilen b1, b2 zusammengesetzt1 indem diese untereinander durch in dem einen Teil eingesetzte Schraubstifte d verbunden werden. Auch der Kopf c kann ebenso abnehmbar mit den Zapfenteilen bl, & g verbunden hoin. In dieser Weise kann der Zapfen in ein oder mehrere Teile eingeteilt sein.

Das Pessar kann aus beliebigem, geeignetem Material, beispielsweise Hartgummi llorn oder dgl, hergestellt werden. Eventuell kann derselbe auch in üblicher Weise eint gebogene, dem Darm angepasste Form erhalten.
