Elastischer Pflasterwundverband.
Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes bezieht sich auf Pflasterwundverbände und betrifft im besonderen elastische Pflasterverbände. Die bereits bekannten elastischen Pflasterverbände bestehen aus einem auf einer elastischen Unterlage aufgebrachten Verbandkissen. Da nun zwar die Unterlage elastisch ist, nicht aber das aufgebrachte Verbandkissen, so lässt sich die elastische Unterlage nur nach der Seite ausdehnen und der ganze Verband bleibt in Längsrichtung zum Verbandkissen mehr oder weniger unnachgiebig und starr.
Dieser Nachteil wird nun gemäss vorliegender Erfindung dadurch behoben, dass das auf die elastische Unterlage aufgebrachte Verbandpolster ebenfalls, u. zw. in gleicher Richtung wie die Unterlage elastisch gemacht wird. Das geschieht dadurch, dass der zur Bildung des Verbandpolsters dienende Mull nicht fadengerade, sondern quer zur Fadenrichtung geschnitten wird. Dadurch wird dieses Verbandkissen in Querrichtung, wie auch in Längsrichtung dehnbar und der gesamte Pflasterverband ist elastisch.
Diese Neuerung ermöglicht, dass auch an den schwierigsten Körperstellen schnell ein Pflasterverband ohne irgendwelche Faltenbildung angelegt werden kann.
Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist in beigefügter Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Auf der allseitig elastischen Unterlage a ist in bekannter Weise das von einem Mullstreifen b umhüllte Verbandkissen c angebracht. Der Mullstreifen ist schräg gestellt geschnitten, so dass die Fäden schräg zur Richtung des Kissens stehen. Das Kissen wird in bekannter Weise durch zwei Deckgazestreifen d geschützt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Elastischer Pflasterwundverband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das auf die elastische Unterlage aufgebrachte Verbandkissen ebenfalls, u. zw. in gleicher Richtung wie die Unterlage elastisch ist.

The subject matter of the present patent relates to wound dressings and is particularly concerned with elastic bandages. The already known elastic plaster bandages consist of a bandage cushion applied to an elastic base. Since the pad is elastic, but not the applied bandage pad, the elastic pad can only be expanded to the side and the entire bandage remains more or less rigid and rigid in the longitudinal direction of the bandage pad.
This disadvantage is now eliminated according to the present invention in that the bandage pad applied to the elastic pad also, u. between. In the same direction as the pad is made elastic. This happens because the gauze used to form the bandage pad is not cut in a straight line, but at right angles to the direction of the thread. This makes this bandage cushion stretchable in the transverse direction as well as in the longitudinal direction and the entire plaster bandage is elastic.
This innovation enables a plaster bandage to be quickly applied to the most difficult parts of the body without any wrinkles.

On the all-round elastic base a, the bandage cushion c covered by a gauze strip b is attached in a known manner. The gauze strip is cut at an angle so that the threads are at an angle to the direction of the pillow. The cushion is protected in a known manner by two cover gauze strips d.
