Durch die Erfindung werden die angeführten Nachteile der bisher bekannten

durch die Lagerung der Metallschicht zwischen Klebverband und Mullauflage der Vorteil
erreicht, daß die Saugfähigkeit des Mulls voll zur Geltung kommen kann, und daß
die Metallfolie nicht unmittelbar auf der Wunde aufliegt, so daß eine zu starke
Reizung durch die unmittelbare Einwirkung des Metalls nicht eintreten kann. Zahlreiche
praktische Erfahrungen haben bewiesen, daß die Anordnung der Metallfolie zwischen
Klebverband und Mullschicht infolge der Emanation des Metalls vollkommen ausreicht,
um die angestrebte schnelle und sichere Heilung der Wunde zu erzielen, salbst dann,
wenn die Wunde bereits in Eiterung übergegangen sein sollte. Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht
ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar zeigt: Abb. i die Innenansicht

der Mullauflage nach innen einfach auf die zu behandelnde Wunde aufgelegt und festgepreßt,
wobei die von der Mullauflage b nicht bedeckte restliche Fläche des Klebverbandes
