Einrichtung zur Verhinderung des Einbiegens von Rahmen von Matratzen und dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung an Rahmen von Matratzen und dgl., durch welche der Zugwirkung der Matratzenspannung auf die Rahmenlängsteile entgegengewirkt werden soll.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand an einem Matratzenrahmen veranschaulich.
In der Mitte des Längsteiles des Matratzenrahmens a ist innen ein Wölbklotz b aufgelegt und über diesen ist eine Schiene c aus federndem Material hinweggebogen, derart, dass die Enden derselben bis auf die Wand niedergedrückt und dort (z. B. durch Anschrauben) befestigt sind. Ist die Schiene c widerstandsfähiger als der Längsteil, so wirkt sie auf diejenige Stelle, welche den geringsten Widerstand bietet, das ist eben hier der Klotz oder die Mitte des Längsteiles derart ein, dass letzterer ausgebogen wird, wie es die Zeichnung erkennen lässt. Auf diese Weise entsteht gewissermassen ein verspannter Balken.
Der Zug des Federnetzes oder Post spannung (das hier nicht dargestellt ist) wirkt nun im entgegengesetzten Sinne auf den Längsten, und man kann es leicht einrichten, dass die beiden Wirkungen ungefähr gleich stark sind und sich somit aufhe ! j"n. Der Längsten wird alsdann ziemlich genau in der Geraden gehalten (wie in gestrichelten Linien an- gegeben). In Fig. 1 ist bei d anstatt eines Wölbklotzes eine gemäss Fig. 2 ausgeführte Spannschraube angeordnet, durch deren Anziehen oder Nachlassen die Lage der Längs- teile des bespannten Matratzen- oder Polsterahmens genau in die Gerade eingestellt werden können.
Nicht unerwähnt sei, dass diese Einrichtung nicht nur an Holzrahmen, sondern auch an Rahmen aus Eisenschienen anwendbar ist.

The invention relates to a device on the frame of mattresses and the like, by which the tensile effect of the mattress tension on the longitudinal frame parts is to be counteracted.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated on a mattress frame.
In the middle of the longitudinal part of the mattress frame a, a curved block b is placed on the inside and a rail c made of resilient material is bent over this, in such a way that the ends of the same are pressed down onto the wall and fastened there (e.g. by screwing). If the rail c is more resistant than the longitudinal part, it acts on the point that offers the least resistance, this is the block or the middle of the longitudinal part in such a way that the latter is bent, as the drawing shows. In this way, a tense beam is created, so to speak.
The tension of the spring net or post tension (which is not shown here) now acts in the opposite sense on the longest, and it is easy to arrange that the two effects are approximately equally strong and thus cancel each other! j "n.
