Klemmhalterung für eine Preisschiene
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmhalterung mit einem Klemmteil und einem Halterungsteil für eine Preisschiene bei Verkaufsregalen und Verkaufsgondeln mit Drahtböden oder Drahtkörben.
Es sind Verkaufsregale und Verkaufsgondeln bekannt, deren Regalfächer zur Aufnahme von Obst, Gemüse od. dgl. aus Drahtböden oder Drahtkörben bestehen. Die Regalfächer sind mit einer Preisschiene versehen, in die Preiszahlen eingeschoben sind, um die in den Fächern liegenden Waren auszeichnen zu können. Die Preisschiene ist dabei mittels Klemmhalterungen an den Regalfächern befestigt.
Diese Klemmhalterungen weisen einen Klemmteil und einen Halterungsteil auf. Wenn die Regalfächer aus einem Drahtboden oder Drahtkorb bestehen, ist es bekannt, die Halterung mit dem Klemmteil am vordersten, zum Kunden zugewandten Längsdraht des aus Drahtgeflecht bestehenden Regalfaches zu befestigen. Dabei ist die Preisschiene in den in der Regel U-förmig ausgebildeten Halterungsteil der Klemmhalterung eingehängt. Die auf nur einen Draht des Drahtbodens oder Drahtkorbes aufgesteckte Klemmhalterung weist jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass sie nicht sehr fest mit dem Draht verbunden ist, sondern verdreht werden kann, wobei die von der Klemmhalterung getragene Preisschiene aus dem Blickfeld des Kunden gerät.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klemmhalterung zu schaffen, die von diesen Nachteilen frei ist und eine sichere Befestigung einer Preisschiene gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass der Klemmteil und der Halterungsteil als senkrecht zueinander angeordnete U-Profile ausgebildet sind und dass die rechtwinkelige Verbindungsstelle der beiden U-Profile an einem Schenkel des Halterungsteiles etwa halbkreisförmig in Richtung auf den Halterungsteil ausgebuchtet ist.
Die Klemmhalterung besteht demnach aus einem Klemmteil und einem Halterungsteil, die erfindungsgemäss beide als senkrecht zueinander angeordnete U-Profile ausgebildet sind. Das Profil des Klemmteiles umgreift zwei Drähte des Drahtgeflechtes, vorzugsweise den vordersten und den nächstfolgenden Längsdraht. Die rechtwinkelige Verbindungsstelle der beiden U-Profile ist an einem Schenkel des Halterungsteiles etwa halbkreisförmig in Richtung auf den Halterungsteil ausgebuchtet, wobei die halbkreisförmige Ausbuchtung am vordersten Längsdraht des Drahtbodens oder Drahtkorbes einrastet. Das hat den Vorteil, dass die auf diese Weise an dem aus Drahtgeflecht bestehenden Regalfach befestigte Klemmhalterung sowohl einfach anzubringen ist und fest mit dem Regalfach verbunden ist, als auch bei Bedarf wieder leicht abgenommen werden kann.
Die Verbindung zwischen Klemmhalterung und Drahtboden bzw. Drahtkorb ist so fest, dass die an der Klemmhalterung aufgesteckte Preisschiene auch bei einem etwaigen Stoss gegen sie die ursprüngliche, zum Ablesen der Preise günstige Lage beibehält.
Der Abstand der Schenkel des Klemmteiles voneinander entspricht etwa dem Drahtdurchmesser des Drahtgeflechtes und ist kleiner als der Abstand der Schenkel des Halterungsteiles.
Mit Vorteil sind die Schenkel des Klemmteiles ungleich lang. Der der halbkreisförmigen Ausbuchtung gegenüberliegende Schenkel des Halterungsteiles ist dabei der längere Schenkel, auf den die Preisschiene gut aufgesteckt werden kann.

Die U-förmige Biegung des Halterungsteiles kann rechtwinkelig ausgebildet sein. Damit wird das Aufstecken der Preisschiene auf den Halterungsteil der Klemmhalterung erleichtert.
Mit Vorteil besteht die Klemmhalterung aus einem flachen Material, vorzugsweise aus federndem Stahlblech oder Kunststoff. Das flache Material hat eine grosse Berührungsfläche mit den zwei Drähten eines Drahtgewebebodens. Die federnde Eigenschaft des Materials der Klemmhalterung gewährleistet ein festes Einrasten des Klemmteiles der Klemmhalterung an einem Draht, vorzugsweise am vordersten Längsdraht eines Drahtgeflechtbodens.
Die Erfindung sei an Hand des in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt zwei Längsdrähte eines Regalfaches, das aus einem Drahtboden oder Drahtkorb besteht. Draht --1-- ist der vorderste, zum Kunden eines Verkaufsladens zugewandte Längsdraht des aus Drahtgeflecht bestehenden Regalfaches ; Draht --2-- ist der nächstfolgende Längsdraht. An den Drähten--l und 2--ist eine aus einem Klemmteil--3--und einem Halterungsteil-4--bestehende Klemmhalterung-5--befestigt, mittels der am Drahtboden oder Drahtkorb eine nicht dargestellte Preisschiene angebracht werden kann. Klemmteil --3-- und Halterungsteil --4-- sind als zwei senkrecht zueinander angeordnete U-Profile ausgebildet.
Die rechtwinkelige Verbindungsstelle des Klemmteiles --3- und des Halterungsteiles --4-- weist an einem Schenkel --6-- des Halterungsteiles eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausbuchtung --7-- in Richtung auf den Halterungsteil --4-- auf.
Zum Befestigen der Klemmhalterung --5-- am Drahtboden oder Drahtkorb wird der Klemmteil - 3-mit seiner U-förmigen Biegung-8-, die dem Durchmesser des Drahtes --2-- entspricht, am Draht-2-zur Anlage gebracht. Hierauf wird der Halterungsteil --4-- mit seiner etwa

There are known sales racks and gondolas, the shelves of which are made of wire shelves or wire baskets for holding fruit, vegetables or the like. The shelves are provided with a price rail into which price numbers are inserted so that the goods in the compartments can be labeled. The price rail is attached to the shelves by means of clamp brackets.
These clamping brackets have a clamping part and a holding part. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the clamping part and the holding part are designed as U-profiles arranged perpendicular to each other and that the right-angled connection point of the two U-profiles on one leg of the holding part is bulged approximately semi-circularly in the direction of the holding part.
The clamp holder accordingly consists of a clamp part and a holder part, both of which, according to the invention, are designed as U-profiles arranged perpendicular to one another. The profile of the clamping part engages around two wires of the wire mesh, preferably the foremost and the next longitudinal wire. The right-angled connection point of the two U-profiles is bulged approximately semicircularly in the direction of the holder part on one leg of the holder part, the semicircular bulge engaging on the foremost longitudinal wire of the wire shelf or wire basket.
