Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Anschlussprofil (1) für an Putz angrenzende Bauteile (13), insbesondere für Fenster- und Türstöcke, wobei das Expansionsband (3) die Abdlchtung ermöglicht. Im Lleferzustand Ist das Profil noch nicht entkoppelt. Nach den Verputzarbeiten wird die Schutzlasche (11) abgezogen und das Profil wird dadurch entkoppelt. Erfindunsgemäß wird die Bewegungsaufnahme des Profils durch die Bewegungsstreifen ermöglicht. Die Bewegungsstreifen können aus weichem Material oder durch Materlaiverjüngung hergestellt werden. Durch diese Bewegungsstreifen (7) Ist das Profil (1) nach dem Abzug der Schutzlasche (11) ln alle Richtungen beweglich, und das expandierende Dichtband (3) nimmt diese Bewegungen auf und dichtet somit zuverlässig.The invention relates to a connection profile (1) for plaster adjacent components (13), in particular for window and door frames, wherein the expansion belt (3) allows the Abdlchtung. Description
Beschreibung (1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Anschlussprofil für an Putz angrenzende Bauteile, insbesondere für Fenster- und Türetöcke, mit einem expandierenden Dichtband, Durch die Bewegungsstreifen Ist eine Entkoppelung Im hinteren Teil nicht mehr nötig. Im vorderen Bereich erfolgt die Entkoppelung durch Ablösen der Schutzlasche. (2) Das Patent DE 197 00 107 A1 hat ein expandierendes Schaumband integriert, hat Jedoch die Funktionseinschränkung, dass sich das Anschlussprofil bei bauteilseitiger Druckbelastung nicht seitlich entkoppeln kann und dadurch auch keine seitliche Bewegung aufnimmt. (3) Aus dem EP 0 530 653 A1 geht hervor, dass das Profil bauteilseltlg aufgeklebt ist. Das Dichtband Ist im komprimierten Zustand in eine Profilleiste integriert und mit einem Kunststoffstreifen fixiert. Die Entkoppelung erfolgt durch eine Kunststofffolie, die den Kunststoffstreifen aus der Justierung löst. Dies ist jedoch mit einem gewissen Risiko verbunden, ob die Entkoppelung wirklich planmäßig erfolgt. (4) Die Dokumente US 4 204 373 A, DE 19944 611 A1 und EP 2 138 664 A1 bieten Lösungen mit follenummantelten Expansionsdichtbänder und haben den Nachteil, dass sie keine Putzabzugskante aufweisen und auch über kein Armierungsgewebe verfügen. (5) Der bekannte Stand der Technik weist den Nachteil auf, dass das expandierende Dichtelement mit einem nach der Montage aufzureißenden Kunststofffolie umgeben ist, sodass das Risiko besteht, dass sich das Dichtelement nicht richtig entfalten kann. (6) Es gibt auch eine Lösung, wo die Entkoppelung im vorderen Bereich gut funktioniert, Jedoch die Funktion des Profils nicht gegeben Ist. (7) Dem gegenüber ist erfindungsgemäß bei unserem neu entwickelten Anschlussprofil durch die Neuentwicklung (Bewegungsstreifen) eine Entkoppelung auf der Rückseite nicht erforderlich. (8) Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Anschiussprofil zu erzeugen mit höchst möglicher Funktionssicherheit sowie einfacher Montage. (9) Der Vorteil dieser Erfindung ist ein Anschlussprofil mit kleinen Baumaßen und eine 100 prozentige Funktionssicherheit. (10) Die Erfindung wird in folgendem Anhang von Zeichnungen näher erläutert. (11) Figur 1: Ein erfindungsgemäßes Anschlussprofil für an Putz angrenzende Bauteile In einer dreidimensionalen Darstellung (12) Figur 2: Das Anschlussprofil wie bei Figur 1, nur mit zusätzlicher Führung für eine größere Bewegungsaufnahme in Längsrichtung (13) Figur 3; Schematische Darstellung der Funktion der Bewegungsstreifen (14) Das In Figur 1 dargestellte Anschlussprofil dient als Putzanschlussleiste und wird auf Fenster- und Türstöcken aufgeklebt, wobei unter der aufzubringenden Putzschicht eine Dämmschicht angeordnet sein kann. Das Anschlussprofil (1) weist einen Dichtschenkel (4) und einen Putzschenkel (5) als Basisaufbau des Profils auf, wobei Im Putzschenkel (5) Bewegungsstreifen (7) Integriert sind und dadurch das Profil verformbar wird. Am Einputzsteg (10) ist ein Armierungsgewebe befestigt. (15) Figur 2 Aufbau wie Figur 1 nur mit zusätzlicher Längsführung (12). Durch diese Führung wird die Längsbewegung vergrößert. (16) Figur 3: Funktion der Bewegungsstreifen: Durch diese Bewegungsstreifen (7) kann das eingeputzte Profil sich in alle Richtungen bewegen und das Profil (1) nimmt diese Bewegungen auf. Die Abdichtung erfolgt durch das komprimierte Dichtband (3). (17) Die Putzabzugsleiste (6) sowie der Dichtschenkel (4) sind mit der Schutzlasche (11) fixiert. Durch eine oder zwei Sollbruchstellen wird die Entfernung der Schutzlasche (11) erleichtert. Die Entfernung der Schutzlasche (11) erfolgt nach den Verputzarbeiten, und das Profil Ist dadurch entkoppelt. (18) Mit dem Dichtband (2) wird die Putzschutzleiste (1) am Bauteil (13) befestigt.
