Abstract
Erzeugung von kunsthandwerklichen Gegenständen aus organischen und anorganischen Substanzen für den Dekorbereich. Der dekorative Teil wird entweder auf einen, oder zwischen zwei Träger eingebettet. Einige dekorative Teile werden hingegen direkt in ein transparentes Bindemittel eingebettet. Gesteinsdickschliffe insbesondere Fossilgesteine ab einer Stärke von drei Millimeter benötigen keine Objektträger und werden somit direkt zu Dekorteilen verarbeitet.

<Desc/Clms Page number 1> Beschreibung Einbettung organischer und anorganischer Substanzen auf einen oder zwischen zwei vorzugsweise durchsichtigen Objektträger (z. B., Glas, Plexiglas) verbunden mit einem materialspezifischen transparenten Bindemittel. In Fig. 1 wird ein Beispiel dargestellt, wo der Gegenstand (1) zwischen zwei Objektträger (2) in eine Schicht Bindemittel (3) aus Araldit 2000 (2020, Epoxydharz), Akepox 2010, Akemi 1000 Wasserhell eingebettet ist. In Fig. 2 ist hingegen nur ein Objektträger vorgesehen an dem der Gegenstand in eine Schicht Bindemittel aufgeklebt ist. In Fig. 3 sind keine Objektträger mehr erforderlich, der Gegenstand wird direkt in das transparente Bindemittel eingebettet. Als dekorative Gegenstände werden z. B. folgende Substanzen verwendet : - diverse Pflanzensorten (Pflanzenteile) - diverse Früchte und Samenkörner - diverse Metalle - diverse Gläser - diverse Gesteinstypen (Sedimentgesteine, metamorphe und magmatische Gesteinstypen) Zu den Sedimentgesteinen gehören auch Fossilkalke (Karbonatgestein mit vorzeitlichen Lebewesen) die eine wichtige Substanz in der Erzeugung von Dekorteilen (Fig. 2,4) darstellen. Unter Dekorteile sind folgende Objekte zu verstehen : - Körperschmuck (Ohrringe, Ohrstecker, Anhänger, Broschen) - Intarsien in Möbeln - Dekorplatten für Böden, Bäder, Küchen, Kachelöfen - Dekorobjekte fürs Haus (Briefhalter, Aschenbecher, Ständer für Visitenkarten, Serviettenständer, EMI1.1 Fig. 4) für Türverglasungen (Tiffany, Bleiverglasung) EMI1.2
Claims (7)
- Ansprüche 1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnissen für den Dekorbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dekorative Gegenstand (1) auf einen (Fig. 2), oder zwischen zwei (Fig. 1) vorzugsweise durchsichtigen Objektträger (2) z. B. Glas, Plexiglas mit einem transparenten Bindemittel (3) aufgeklebt (Fig. 2) oder eingebettet (Fig. 1) wird.

- 3. Verfahren zum Herstellen von kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnissen für den Dekorbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diverse Pflanzenteile, wie z. B. Blätter oder Gläser, Metalle, Steine direkt in ein transparentes Bindemittel eingebettet werden (Fig. 3).
- 4. Verfahren zum Herstellen von kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnissen für den Dekorbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch Abdrücke von diversen Pflanzenteilen, wie z. B. Blätter oder oder Holz mittels eigenem Herstellungsverfahren auf ein transparentes Bindemittel (Fig.
- 5. Verfahren zum Herstellen von kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnissen für den Dekorbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Fossilkalke (Fig. 4), d. h. Gesteinsdickschliffe ab drei Millimeter Stärke auch ohne Objektträger für den Dekorbereich insbesondere für Körperschmuck, Intarsien, Dekorplatten usw. verarbeitet werden.
- 6. Verfahren zum Herstellen von kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnissen für den Dekorbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unterschiedlichen kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnisse mit diversen Stoffen wie ; Holz, Metallen, Keramik, PVC, Glas, Baumwolle, Bast, Leinen, Papier, Halb - Edelsteinen, Wachs, Schaumstoffen, Ton, Baustoffe (Gips, Beton, Ytong, Ziegel, Porozell) kombiniert und verarbeitet werden.
- 7. Verfahren zum Herstellen von kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnissen für den Dekorbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unterschiedlichen kunsthandwerklichen Erzeugnisse für Dekorteile (Erläuterung siehe Beschreibung) verwendet werden.
