Abstract
Beschrieben wird Spritzgießmaschine mit einer Einspritzeinheit (7) mit einem Zylinder (9) und einer Düse (12) sowie mit einer eine Düsenplatte (1) aufweisenden Schließeinheit Die Einspritzeinheit (7) ist entlang einer Maschinenlängsachse (A) in eine zurückgezogene Wartungsposition verfahrbar ist, in der Schmelze aus der Düse (12) ausgetragen, aufgefangen und beseitigt werden kann. Um vorgegebene Reinraumbedingungen beim Anfahren nicht zu beeinträchtigen, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass an der Düsenplatte (1) auf Seiten der Einspritzeinheit (7) eine nach unten offene und mit einer Absaugeinrichtung verbindbare Haube (2) und um den Zylinder (7) herum ein Gehäuse (13) vorgesehen sind, wobei das vordere Ende des Gehäuses (13) hinter der Schmelzeaustrittsöffnung (20) der Düse (12) liegt und die Haube (2) in Richtung der Maschinenlängsachse (A) eine solche Länge (L) aufweist, dass in der zurückgezogenen Position (Wartungsposition) der Einspritzeinheit (7) das vordere Ende des Gehäuses (13) unter der Haube (2) liegt.Injection molding machine with an injection unit (7) with a cylinder (9) and a nozzle (12) and with a nozzle plate (1) having closing unit, the injection unit (7) along a machine longitudinal axis (A) in a retracted maintenance position is movable, discharged in the melt from the nozzle (12), can be collected and removed.
