Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur Dämpfung von Schwingungen bei Aufwicklern zum Aufwickeln von Faserbahnen auf Faserbahnrollen, insbesondere Aufwicklern von Längsschneider-Aufwicklern, wobei der Aufwickler ein System darstellt, welches mindestens eine Komponente aufweist, wobei bei dem Verfahren Schwingungen mit aktiver Dämpfung gedämpft werden, so dass eine aktive Rückkopplungsdämpfung mindestens auf eine Komponente des Systems angewandt wird, wobei bei dem Verfahren die Schwingungen einer oder mehrerer Komponenten des Systems gemessen werden, um mindestens ein Rückkopplungssignal bereitzustellen, wobei das mindestens eine Rückkopplungssignal über eine Übertragungsfunktion geleitet wird, so dass es ein Regelungssignal für mindestens ein Stellglied der mindestens einen Komponente ist, und wobei bei dem VerfahrenSchwingungen durch die Erhöhung der Dämpfung an Resonanzpunkten durch aktive Rückkopplungsdämpfung aktiv gedämpft werden, wird vorgeschlagen, dass bei dem Verfahren Schwingungen eines Längsschneider-Aufwicklers mit variabler Geometrie gedämpft werden, indem eine Verlagerungsvorrichtung einer verlagerbaren Rolle des Aufwicklers zur Dämpfung von Schwingungen verwendet wird.In a method for damping vibrations in rewinders for winding fiber webs on fiber web rolls, in particular rewinders of slitter winders, the rewinder is a system having at least one component, wherein the method damps vibrations with active damping, so that a active feedback loss is applied to at least one component of the system, wherein the method, the vibrations of one or more components of the system are measured to provide at least one feedback signal, wherein the at least one feedback signal is passed through a transfer function, so that it is a control signal for at least is an actuator of the at least one component, and wherein in the method, vibrations are actively damped by increasing the attenuation at resonance points by active feedback damping, it is proposed that in the method tions of a slitter-winder with variable geometry are attenuated by a displacement device of a movable roller of the winder for damping vibrations is used.
