Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Balgpressen mit Verstärkungsringen und besteht darin, dass an den Balgfalten bezw. den Verstärkungsringen GelenkparaUelogramme zur parallelen Verschiebung der Falten und zur Begrenzung des Ausmasses der Verschiebung angreifen und

die an ihren beiden Randteilen mit den ebenen Flächen der Ringe verbunden sind.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht mehrere Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. l und 2 zeigt eine Ausführungsform in Vorderansicht und Draufsicht und die Fig. 3-6 schematisch einige Einzelheiten. Weitere Ausführungsformen sind in Fig. 7 und 8 dargestellt.
Mit 1 und 2 sind die Bodenplatte und die Pressplatte der Presse und mit 3 die Tragp ; ; ulen für die Kopfplatte 4 bezeichnet. Die Balghiille 6 ist durch Ringe 5 verstärkt. An diesen Ringen sind Bolzen zur Befestigung von ein Parallelogramm 7 bildenden Metallstäben vorgesehen. Durch diese Parallelogramme wird bewirkt, dass sich die Balgfalten bei der Ausdehnung des Balges parallel verschieben ; ausserdem begrenzen sie das Ausmass der Verschiebung.
Statt eines vollständigen Parallelogrammes kann auch nur ein Teil desselben (Fig. 3) oder mehrere kleinere Parallelogramme (Fig. 4 und 5) verwendet werden.
Wenn die Abstände der Vcrstärkungsringe untereinander nicht genau gleich gross sein müssen, so kann die Verbindung der Bolzen 7 statt durch Parallelogramme auch durch Bänder 8 aus Leder oder dergl. bewirkt werden (Fig. 6).
Bei der in Fig. 7 und 8 veranschaulichten Balgpresse mit Verstärkungsringen sind die Balgfalten 6 von einzelnen ringförmigen Streifen gebildet, die mit ihren Randteilen an den ebenen Flächen der Ringe 5 bezw. von mit Durchbrechungen 12 versehenen Ringplatten befestigt sind.
Die Befestigung der Streifen an den Ringen bezw. den Ringplatten kann durch Pressringe 11 bewirkt werden, wodurch jedoch die Hubhöhe der Presse vermindert wird ; infolgedessen ist die Befestigung durch Ankleben unter Verbreiterung der Klebefläche vorteilhafter. Die Streifen 6 werdt'n zweckm ssig nicht bis an den Rand der Platten, sondern nur so weit angeklebt, dass sie auch bei vollständigem Zusammendrücken des Balges noch zwischen den Platten verbleiben, ohne nach aussen vorzutreten.

The effect of these parallelograms is that the bellows folds move in parallel when the bellows expands; they also limit the amount of displacement.
Instead of a complete parallelogram, only part of it (FIG. 3) or several smaller parallelograms (FIGS. 4 and 5) can be used.
If the distances between the reinforcement rings do not have to be exactly the same, the connection of the bolts 7 can also be effected by means of strips 8 made of leather or the like instead of parallelograms (FIG. 6).
In the case of the bellows press illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8 with reinforcing rings, the bellows folds 6 are formed by individual annular strips which, respectively, with their edge parts on the flat surfaces of the rings 5. are fastened by ring plates provided with openings 12.
The attachment of the strips to the rings BEZW. the ring plates can be effected by pressing rings 11, but this reduces the lifting height of the press; as a result, the attachment by gluing while widening the adhesive area is more advantageous. The strips 6 are expediently not glued to the edge of the plates, but only so far that they still remain between the plates even when the bellows is completely compressed without protruding outwards.
