Der aus Pappe hergestellte Cylinder Z, Fig. 3, besteht aus drei über einander geklebten Theilen; der innere und äufsere dieser Theile a bezw. b sind gleich breit, der mittlere Theil c ist an jeder Seite 1 bis 2 cm schmaler, so dafs an den Stirnflächen des Cylinders zwischen dem inneren und äufseren Theil Nuthen gebildet werden, in welche die Ränder des Bodens und Deckels, e bezw. d, hineinpassen.The cylinder Z, Fig. 3, made of cardboard, consists of three parts glued one on top of the other; the inner and outer of these parts a resp. b are equally wide, the middle part c is 1 to 2 cm narrower on each side, so that grooves are formed on the end faces of the cylinder between the inner and outer part, into which the edges of the base and lid, e and d, fit in.
