Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Antriebsvorrichtung für Milchschleudern und ähnliche Maschinen. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Antriebsräder in festen Lagerböcken der Grundplatte gelagert, und von einem abnehmbaren Gehäuse umschlossen sind. Bei den bekannten Antriebsvorrichtungen für Schleudermaschinen sind die Wellen der Triebräder im Deckel oder im Gehäuse selbst gelagert, so dass erst die Lagerung im Gehäuse selbst gelöst werden muss, bevor eine Demontage des Getriebes oder ein Ersatz eines Teiles vorgenommen werden kann.
Bei dem Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung dagegen wird durch Abnehmen des Deckels das ganze Getriebe freigelegt. Die Reinigung und Montage ist deshalb eine ausserordentlich leichte. Auch die Auswechselung eines etwa schadhaft gewordenen Teiles kann rasch nach Entfernung des Deckels vorgenommen werden.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung im senkrechten Schnitt dargestellt.
Auf einer Platte d, welche durch das abnehmbare Gehäuse a geschlossen ist, befinden sich Lagerböcke b c für die Lager der Getriebewelle.
Die Wellen selbst reichen nicht bis zum Gehäuse, so dass das Triebwerk durch blosses Emporheben des Deckels a zugänglich gemacht wird. Das Gehäuse kann auch geteilt sein. Die Teile werden dann lösbar, z. B. durch Verschraubung miteinander verbunden.

The invention relates to a drive device for milk extractors and similar machines. The essence of the invention is that the drive wheels are mounted in fixed bearing blocks of the base plate and are enclosed by a removable housing. In the known drive devices for centrifugal machines, the shafts of the drive wheels are mounted in the cover or in the housing itself, so that the mounting in the housing itself must first be released before the gearbox can be dismantled or a part can be replaced.
In the object of the present invention, however, the entire gear is exposed by removing the cover. The cleaning and assembly is therefore extremely easy. A damaged part can also be replaced quickly after removing the cover.
