<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

B. 10 Umdr/min. Dadurch ist keine Zerstörung von Monozellen, Medikamentenbehältern
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
Dies ergibt also einen sauberen
Fertigkompost.

The invention relates to a device for moving garbage on a composting field, in which garbage is unloaded at the entry side and progressively implemented up to the exit side of the composting field, consisting of a bridge that can be moved on rails and a trolley that can be moved on the bridge, which trolley has at least one Digging and conveyor wheel and a
Conveyor belt carries.
A device for the biological decomposition of organic material is already known (DE-OS 2900993), which consists of a boiler which is open for filling at the top and which has a plurality of rotatable screws in a horizontal plane in the bottom area, which through
The supply of oxygenated medium cuts the treated material and transports it to the emptying area at the bottom of the boiler. It is not possible to implement the waste in the sense of the device mentioned at the beginning with such an arrangement.
Furthermore, a composting plant has become known (DE-OS 2302882), which has a compost converting machine that can be moved via rents. This compost converting machine can be moved along a crane track-like guide. With each transfer process, the compost converting machine converts the entire compost rental in the longitudinal direction by one piece, whereby the finished compost is ejected and space for fresh goods is made available at the other end of the rental. The conversion is carried out in the longitudinal direction of the rents, so that a relatively large amount of space is required for the rents to be arranged at a distance from one another.
Machines for moving and aerating waste on a composting field have also become known (EP-PS 00 60 410), in which a conveyor wheel is mounted on a movable trolley, a depositing conveyor belt extending through the center opening of the conveyor wheel. The feed wheel is arranged with a horizontal axis, but at an acute angle to the direction of travel of the trolley. Such a construction is very complex, especially since the conveyor wheel cannot be supported in the center thereof. In addition, this inclination has the disadvantage that there is practically only one working direction due to the angle of attack of the feed wheel.
In a further known arrangement (EP-OS 00 21 064) for moving garbage on a composting field, two conveyor wheels can also be provided, these conveyor wheels, however, having to take care of the further transport of the garbage by themselves. that is, there must be a corresponding speed of these conveyor wheels in order to achieve a larger ejection range.
The invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which is particularly powerful, is equally effective in both directions of the trolley and is also easy to move without performing conversion work on the composting field or over several composting fields .
To this end, it is proposed according to the invention that two digging and conveying wheels are arranged at the same axis at a distance from one another, which have outlet openings directed towards one another in the axial direction, that a conveyor belt engages in the area between the two digging and conveying wheels, and that both the digging and conveying wheels as well as the height of the conveyor belt are held on the trolley which can be moved on the Bürcke.
By means of these measures according to the invention, when the trolley is moved in both directions, optimum processing and optimal transfer of the waste is achieved. Most of the garbage is processed by the digging and conveyor wheel at the front in the feed direction of the trolley, the second, following digging and conveyor wheel taking up the remaining area of the garbage dump to be processed. In the opposite direction of travel, the other digging and conveyor wheel is the main feeder to the conveyor belt arranged between the two digging and conveyor wheels.
The arrangement of the conveyor belt between the two digging and conveyor wheels enables a structurally simple storage of the same and, moreover, an economical removal of the processed garbage to the desired new deposit point.
Due to the possibility of adjusting both the digging and conveyor wheels and the conveyor belt in their height, there is the possibility that the parts mentioned can be lifted at any point, so that the bridge together with the trolley or the trolley alone over the composting field can be moved, with the possibility
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
It is created that the trolley, including the digging and conveyor wheels and the conveyor belt, can move to an adjacent composting field.
It is particularly advantageous if the digging and conveying wheels are mounted on the free end of support arms and both support arms are held on the trolley so as to be pivotable about a common horizontal axis. This ensures a very simple height adjustability without having to take many additional design measures.
Furthermore, it is provided that the support arms are pivotably mounted on two carriers of the trolley, which run at a distance from one another and are connected to one another via cross struts.
This enables a particularly stable arrangement for the mounting of the support arms. Due to the arrangement of the digging and conveyor wheels on the support arms, floating mounting of the digging and conveyor wheels is also possible, so that a very effective emptying of the processed one
Material to the free side and thus towards the conveyor belt is possible.
It is also proposed that the digging and conveying wheels are designed in a manner known per se as bucket wheels, the bucket openings extending as far as the wheel axis and having boundary surfaces sloping obliquely towards the wheel axis, the digging and conveying wheels at least in the region of the inclined descending boundaries are open on one side. As a result, a particularly effective construction has been created to process the material and carry it over a certain angle of rotation. The processed material can then fall to one side into the shaft delimited by the boundary surfaces and from there onto the conveyor belt.
As a result, the conveyor belt and the digging and conveyor wheels can be connected relatively closely to one another, so that there is a guarantee that the material fed in via the digging and conveyor wheels lands directly on the conveyor belt.
In this context, it is expedient if at least at the transition area between the ejection side of the digging and conveying wheels and the conveyor belt, baffles are provided which are arranged in a channel or funnel shape. This results in an additional improvement in the transfer area of the material between the digging and conveyor wheels and the conveyor belt.
It is particularly advantageous that the conveyor belt is held on the trolley so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axis independently of the digging and conveyor wheels. Both the digging and conveyor wheels and the conveyor belt can thus be raised to such an extent that they lie above the travel level of the trolley or at least above the lowest section of the trolley carriers.
Furthermore, it is particularly advantageous that the end of the conveyor belt on the ejection side projects upwards between two carriers of the bridge traversed by the trolley and overlaps one of the carriers. Only through this measure is it possible that the conveyor belt can also be pivoted upwards over the lowest limit of the carrier.
This also results in a very inexpensive way of working with a device according to the invention, since the bridge can span several composting fields lying next to one another, the trolley with raised digging and conveyor wheels and elevated conveyor belt being movable over wall parts between two composting fields. At any point, the digging and conveyor wheels and the conveyor belt can be lifted and moved to the desired composting field. This height-adjustable bracket also makes it possible to drive over the composting field in its longitudinal direction in any situation.
Further features and special advantages according to the invention are explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a section through two composting fields located next to one another, which are arranged in a covered hall; FIG. 2 shows a plan view of these composting fields on a reduced scale compared to FIG. 1; 3 shows a side view of the device according to the invention and FIG. 4 shows a top view; 5 shows a side view of the digging and conveying wheel and FIG. 6 shows a section through this digging and conveying wheel; 7 and 8 show two enlarged representations of the guide plates between digging and conveyor wheels and conveyor belt compared to FIG. 1; 9 and 10, the two end positions of the digging and conveyor wheel and the conveyor belt with an adjustment in vertical guides.
1 and 2, the basic structure of a device for implementation
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
of garbage on a composting field. In the arrangement shown there are two
Composting fields and 1 '- arranged side by side and covered with a roof --2--. The composting fields --1 and 1 '- are separated from each other by walls --3, 4 and 5-- or delimited on the sides. On the entry side --6-- of a composting field --1,1 '- the accumulated garbage is unloaded or heaped up, forming a rent across the entire width of a composting field-1 or 1'.
These rents are made on a regular basis
Intervals implemented, d. H. The accumulated material is moved at regular intervals in the direction of arrow 7 towards the exit end of a composting field, so that the waste or compost can be continually reworked. This considerably speeds up the rotting process, whereby controlled ventilation, moistening and thorough mixing can take place. The additional ventilation and humidification devices provided for such a device have not been shown here for the sake of clarity.
Such a rotting rent is transported, for example, by about 5 m per transfer process, the supply of raw compost or the removal of finished compost being brought into rhythmic harmony with the rotting time, so that a continuous flow of material is guaranteed in the entire refuse plant.
The device for moving the waste or compost consists of a bridge --9-- movable on rails --8-- and a trolley --10-- movable on bridge -9, 9'- which two digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and a conveyor belt --12- are arranged. The waste or compost is processed by the digging and conveyor wheels and fed to the conveyor belt --12--, via which the processed waste is then unloaded to the location that has been moved by the appropriate amount.
According to the invention, two digging and conveying wheels --11-- are now arranged coaxially at a distance from one another and have outlet openings --20-- facing each other.
A conveyor belt --12 - is provided in the area between the two digging and conveyor wheels --11--, so that the processed material is unloaded from both conveyor wheels --11-- towards the center onto the conveyor belt --12-- can. Both the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-- are adjustable in height on the trolley --10-- which can be moved on the bridge-9, 9'-, with this uppermost position of the digging and Conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-- are shown in dash-dot lines in FIGS. 1 and 3.
The digging and conveyor wheels --11-- are rotatably mounted at the free end of support arms --14--, whereby both support arms --14-- around a common horizontal axis --15-- on the trolley --10-- are held pivotable. This ensures a very simple height adjustability without having to take many additional design measures.
In a particularly simple manner, the trolley --10-- consists of two supports --17-- which are spaced apart from one another and connected to one another via cross braces --16--, with the support arms --14-- being supported on these supports - 17-- can be done. Due to the arrangement of the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- on these support arms --14-- is a floating bearing

seen that process the material and carry it over a certain angle of rotation. The blade openings --19-- extend practically to the wheel axis and merge into the outlet openings --20--. The blade openings --19-- are practically facing the wheel axis with delimiting surfaces -21-- sloping towards the wheel axis.
The outlet openings --20-- are provided at least over a partial area of these obliquely sloping boundary surfaces --21--, so that the processed material falls through the bucket openings --19-- into the shaft delimited by the boundary surfaces --21-- and from there via the outlet openings --20-- onto the conveyor belt --12--.
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
EMI4.1
At least at the transition area between the outlet openings --20-- of the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt, guide plates --22-- (Fig. 1, 7, 8) should be provided in the form of troughs or funnels.
These guide plates --22-- can also extend over the entire length of the conveyor belt.
The conveyor belt --12-- is held on the trolley --10-- pivotable about a horizontal axis --23. The conveyor belt --12-- can be pivoted regardless of the pivoting condition of the support arms --14-- for the digging and conveyor wheels --11--. So both the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-can be raised so far that they lie above the travel level of the trolley --10-- or at least above the lowest section of the carrier - -17--.
The conveyor belt --12-- projects upwards with its ejection end between two carriers --24 and 25-- which form the bridge --9.9 '- and thereby overlaps one carrier --24-. It is only through this measure that it is possible that the conveyor belt --12-- can also be swiveled upwards over the lowest limit of the carrier --17--.
This also results in a very inexpensive way of working with a device according to the invention, namely namely that the bridge 9, 9 ′ can lead over several composting fields lying next to one another, the trolley -10 with raised digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and raised conveyor belt --12-- can be moved over the wall parts --4-- between two composting fields. At any point, the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-- can be raised and moved to the desired composting field-l or l'-. This height-adjustable bracket also makes it possible to drive over the composting field in its longitudinal direction in any situation.
In the above description, it was always said that the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-- are held pivotable about a corresponding axis. It would also be possible within the scope of the invention to carry out a height adjustment of the digging and conveying wheels or the conveyor belt in a different way and to z. B. in vertical guides, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. In Fig. 9 the lowest end position of the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-- is shown. 10 shows the upper end position of the digging and conveyor wheels -11-- and the conveyor belt

The height can be adjusted hydraulically or, for example, by driven gear wheels, which engage in the guide rails --32, 33--, which are designed, for example, as racks on one side.
A vertical guide --34-- is also provided for the height adjustment of the conveyor belt --12--, which receives a guide rail --25--. As with the digging and conveyor wheels --11--, such a vertical guide --34- can also be provided on both sides of the conveyor belt --12--. The guide rail --35-- is pivotally connected to the carrying element of the conveyor belt about the axis --38--.
When adjusting the conveyor belt --12 - in the vertical guide --34-- it is necessary that the conveyor belt --12-- in its longitudinal
EMI4.3
It is therefore equipped with elongated holes --37--, in which support and guide pins --36-- of the carrier --17-- engage. Such a construction also ensures that both the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- and the conveyor belt --12-- can be adjusted upwards so that no parts protrude under the trolley --10--.
The device according to the invention enables gentle treatment of the waste or
Compost possible because the digging and conveyor wheels --11-- only need to have a low speed, e.g. B. 10 rev / min. As a result, there is no destruction of monocells, medication containers

etc., which may still be in the raw compost. So this results in a clean one
Finished compost.
The beams --17-- can be designed as required and are designed as truss girders in the example shown. The arrangement of the hydraulic units --26-- or others
Drive or control units can, for example, take place on a pedestal --27-- which is arranged on a section of the trolley --10-- which spans the carrier --25-- of the bridge --9, 9 '. Different construction details can of course be in different
Executions are carried out, but it is always essential and important that two digging and conveyor wheels --11-- are arranged at a distance from each other and a conveyor belt --12-- is arranged between these two digging and conveyor wheels.
It is also an important criterion that these parts are held on the trolley with adjustable height --10--.
