Beispiel :
120 Liter Hefe beliebiger Herkunft werden durch 2 bis 3maliges Auswaschen gereinigt und mit 30 Liter 30% iger Natronlauge oder der äquivalenten Menge einer entsprechend starken Kalilauge bei Zimmertemperatur behandelt. Die so gewonnene Lösung wird verdünnt und mit 20 Litern 48% iger Eisenchloridlösung gefällt. Das alkalische Filtrat wird mit konzentrierter Salzsäure neutralisiert, bezw. angesäuert und mit Eisenchloridlösung gefällt. Der so gewonnene Niederschlag wird sorgfältig gewaschen und dann auf geeigneter Unterlage bei mässiger Wärme getrocknet, wobei die Anwendung eines Vakuums nicht erforderlich ist.
Soll eine wesentlich dünnere als die genannte Alkalilauge verwendet werden, so muss die

Example:
