Self-closing valve with venting device.
The present invention relates to such self-closing water conduit tracks which, when the main shut-off valve is closed, allow air to enter the line so that the water present in the line can flow back.
The new feature of the invention compared to known people is that when the line pressure ceases, the freely playing valve falls so far against its lower seat that the air to vent the line, on the other hand, water can only trot through in a fine jet, which is when the valve body is fixed In this position, by unscrewing a spindle, offers the advantage that unintentional opening of the main shut-off valve is immediately reported to those connected to the line through the emergence of only a fine water jet, so that in this case water losses cannot occur if there is insufficient supervision.
The water tap according to the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawing in a vertical section and in two different valve positions.
The valve consists in a known manner of the actual valve body with inlet and outlet pipe a or b and the screw-in upper part c, in which the

The upward protrusion f of the valve body g also leads, which plays in the valve chamber h, which, when the insert is screwed in, rests on the partition wall of the Ilahn housing and thereby presses itself on the lower valve seat t, which is lined with elastic material. The upper valve seat is formed by the offset wall between the interior of the housing / t and the bore e.
The valve body g, which is provided on its lower part with a bore o, on its upper edge with a collar 11 and which rests against its upper seat with a disk made of elastic material, carries a guide pin j,

Upper part c is equipped with passage channels p above the upper valve seat, which branch off from bore e and establish the connection between inlet and outlet pipe a and b.
According to the embodiment shown, after the spindle d has been unscrewed, the valve 9 is pressed against its upper seat by the line pressure, whereby the web is shut off. The sensitivity of the shut-off valve is increased by the fact that the line pressure in the closed valve housing is fully effective, as the water only surgs through the channels p above the upper valve seat

If the valve body is then secured in this position by unscrewing the spindle d and the main shut-off valve is opened, the water will only be able to pass in a thin stream through the space that remains free between the valve body and seat i, which is particularly advantageous when the main tap is opened U.N-

If a discharge occurs, the person connected to the line is informed immediately before the main awning is opened, without any significant water loss occurring if the line faucet is not supervised.
PATENT. EXPECTATIONS :
1. Self-closing valve with venting device, characterized in that the valve body (g), which is free to play in the Gohäuso and which falls down against its lower seat when the line pressure ceases, can be fixed by unscrewing the spindle (d) so that it connects to the seat (i) Always the same clearance, sufficient for venting the pipe, which, if the main house is opened unintentionally, the water only emerges in fine jets in order to avoid flooding and water loss! eats.
