are illustrated, illustrated in more detail. 1 shows a dipping and drying device in section with a standing shaft, FIG. 2 a dipping and drying device in section with a hanging shaft, FIG. 3 another embodiment of a dipping and drying device in section with a hanging shaft, and FIG. 4 shows a device with a standing shaft and with a housing superstructure in a diagrammatic representation.
In Fig. 1, an upwardly open container --1-- is shown, in which a shaft --2-- is arranged axially. The shaft - 2 - is passed through the container bottom - 3 - and is rotatably supported in this in a bottom bearing - 4 -. The end passed through the floor is connected to a drive --5--. The upper, free end of the shaft has a radial incision --6-- for holding a retaining bar --7-- of a basket --9--.
The basket --9-- pushed axially onto the shaft - 2-- is ring-shaped and consists of an outer ring wall, a base --10-- and an inner ring wall rising up from this in a tubular shape The diameter of the inner ring wall - 11-- is slightly larger than the diameter of shaft-2-, onto which it can be pushed axially. The upper, open end

The end of the shaft --13-- has an incision that is similar to a carrying handle and runs obliquely upwards - for hanging in a carrying basket handle - 18 - a basket - 19. In the semi-cylindrical wall --16-- there are suction openings --20-- which are connected to a common suction device, which is also not shown in the drawings, through suction shafts that are not visible here.
The container-1 - has an immersion and a dry part, the former being intended to hold a liquid --21-- and the latter consisting of a baffle wall --22-- pulled up over this. Both parts are dimensioned relative to the basket --9 and 19 - so that the workpieces housed in it are immersed properly and lifted out of the liquid bath, the basket is still completely enclosed by the raised baffle wall --22--. The baffle wall --22 - is inclined inwards here.
3 shows a device with a hanging shaft and a spatially uniform, but structurally separate immersion and dry part. This device consists of
