   Bei den meisten bekannten Bogenlampen für diffuse Beleuchtung besteht der Übelstand, dass das Licht der Lampe doch nicht ganz gleichmässig über den zu beleuchtenden Kaum verbreitet wird, und dass das meiste Licht nach oben verloren geht. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun eine Bogenlampe für diffuse Beleuchtung, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sie vermöge   der Form   des Glasballons und der Anordnung eines Reflektors im Inneren desselben das Licht in dem zu erhellenden Raume absolut gleichmässig und ohne jedlichen Schatten verbreitet. Die Erfindung eignet sich wie für Gleichstrom-, so auch   für Wechselstromlampen und   für   alle Bogenlampcntypen.
