Arrangement for fastening one-sided soldering tips in plastic
The invention is concerned with the fastening of one-sided soldering tips in thermosetting or thermoplastic plastic.
Since the injection molding or pressing in of soldering tips is more expensive when injection molding or pressing plastic parts and creates difficulties with regard to sealing the mold, the soldering tips are subsequently mounted in the plastic part.
It is known to redeem the pipe soldering tips on the coil flange in the case of coil bushings. This has the disadvantage that the winding wire has to be threaded through. Another disadvantage of the already known embodiments is that soldering tips dissolved in thermosetting or thermoplastic plastics become loose.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of the known arrangements.
The advantages of the arrangements according to the invention consist in the small space requirement, in the simple design of the injection molding tools, in the lower heat conduction from the soldering tips to the plastic than with soldering tips that have been dissolved in. Furthermore, the winding wire comes to rest on the round flap end of the soldering tip, which reduces the risk of a wire break. Furthermore, no additional cover between the winding and the soldering tips is necessary. The soldering tip according to the invention can be a simple automatic punched part.
The arrangement according to the invention is characterized in that the plastic is provided with at least one channel open on one side, which has a guide to the transverse holder for a soldering tip and the soldering tip is stiffened by a bead that ends with sharp edges and on the one hand with this sharp edge for longitudinal orientation Projection is arranged in the channel, on the other hand, designed as a flap end of the soldering tip is bent around an edge of the plastic at the end of the channel.
The invention will now be explained with reference to the drawings: FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the channel open on one side in the plastic, in plan and FIG. 2 in section A ':. FIG. 3 shows the design of the soldering tip in elevation and FIG. 4 in cross elevation.
1 and 2, the channel 2 in the plastic, which is open on one side, is provided with two guides 4 and 5. The channel 2 also has a recess 11 which extends as far as the projection 7. Channel 10 is used to feed the coil wire.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, the soldering tip is shown, which is stiffened by the sharp-edged bead 12. If the soldering tip is now pushed into the channel 2, which is open on one side, with the edges 13 and 14 in the guides 4 and 5, the sharp edge 6 sits on the projection 7. The end of the soldering tip is designed as a tab 8 and is around the edge 9 bent so that it fits securely.
