Plant for the production of brick blanks
The invention relates to a system for producing brick blanks with a strand cutter arranged downstream of a press mouthpiece, from which the brick blanks can be deposited on a slat conveyor via a horizontal conveyor. Systems of this type are increasingly used in the brick and tile industry, as they enable full or at least semi-automation of the entire manufacturing process in such a way that, on the one hand, only the pretreated material has to be fed to the press and, on the other hand, at the end of the slat path the slats placed on the brick blanks can be brought directly to drying rooms together with the slats via other lanes or forklifts.
The entire pressing, cutting and transport process can thus be automated up to the end of the slat web, with only monitoring and, in some cases, a refilling of the slat magazine of the slat web being required. In spite of the resulting impressive advantages, the known systems have disadvantages which, above all, significantly limit the generation program that can be implemented with their help. With the known systems it is only possible to use very thick-walled stones
EMI1.1
and where more precise dimensional compliance is required. So in particular roof tiles, partition stones, cladding panels and. The like. Can not be produced with such systems.
The reason for this is that, on the one hand, the spans between two slats on the slatted track are too large to prevent such sensitive stones from bending and, on the other hand, deformations of the bricks can already occur as a result of the individual slats bending in or under forgive the humidity and air conditions to which they are exposed. Sensitive stones have therefore hitherto been treated in such a way that these stones are removed by hand from the cutter onto support frames behind the mold or press and then brought into the drying rooms together with these support frames.
This type of production naturally requires a great deal of manual work, the work involved being very tiring because the placing of the brick blanks on the drying frames must take place as synchronously as possible with the ejection of the press or the cutting device.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages indicated and to create a system for producing brick blanks, with the aid of which even thin-walled bricks with good dimensional accuracy can be produced and automatically transported further.
The invention essentially consists in that an additional support frame track is provided which has a frame magazine and conveyors driven in the working cycle of the cutting device, which pull the frames individually from the magazine and push them onto the horizontal conveyor under the path of movement of the blanks transported on this, so that the blanks are each placed on a frame and finally placed on the slatted sheet together with these support frames. Due to the inventive design, the sensitive bricks are automatically placed on the frames during the further transport of the blanks and can now be treated together with the frames, as was previously only possible with thick-walled bricks without a frame.
This also significantly simplifies the production of such sensitive bricks and only monitoring and guiding work needs to be carried out in the course of the installation.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the support frame track is arranged parallel next to the slatted track and discharges from the side onto the horizontal conveyor, with its frame magazine preferably being arranged directly next to the slat magazine of the slat track. This embodiment ensures that one and the same worker can at least monitor the two lanes and, as soon as this becomes necessary, fill up the magazines of both lanes.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example, in the drawing. 1 shows a system according to the invention schematically in a general overview in plan view, FIG. 2 shows the magazine and part of the frame track in side view, and FIG. 3 shows a rear view of FIG. 2 schematically, the actuating linkage of the frame track.
According to Fig. 1, a step-by-step further conveying horizontal conveyor 1, which conveys the brick blanks exiting from a press mouthpiece and cut in a strand cutter, transversely into a slat conveyor 3. This essentially has several jointly drivable conveyor chains 4, on each of which from a magazine (not shown) Slats 5 of equal length are placed in the longitudinal direction of the chain. At the right end of the chains a roller conveyor 6 is provided for the slats, from which the slats with the bricks placed on them can be deposited, for example with the help of a transverse conveyor via an elevator, into a lifting and collecting frame and then by means of a truck in a chamber or rack dryer. In the known systems of this type, the bricks are deposited directly on the slats 5 by the horizontal conveyor 1.
According to the invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a frame track 7 arranged parallel to the slat track opens into the horizontal conveyor 1 before the end of the latter. The frame track has a frame magazine 8 provided at its left end in the drawing, in which individual frames 9 are held, which are withdrawn individually from the magazine and step-by-step on the horizontal conveyor in push-pull to the brick feed on the horizontal conveyor under the path of the brick transported on this further 2, so that during the next work cycle of the horizontal conveyor, a brick is placed on the frame that has just been pushed on, and this brick is then set down together with the frame on the slatted conveyor 3.
A common drive is preferably provided for the horizontal conveyor and the frame track 7, which drives the conveyor and track synchronously but out of phase. If the frame track is attached subsequently, the drive for this track can easily be derived from the existing drive of the horizontal conveyor.
The drawing shows a system in which one frame is pushed forward.
However, it is possible to build the frame track with faster advance of the horizontal conveyor so that two or more frames are pushed next to each other on the horizontal conveyor so that they lie one behind the other there in the direction of advance and can be loaded together with a corresponding group of bricks.
A wide variety of constructive solutions are possible for driving the Rähmchenbahn. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the frame track 7 has lateral guide rails 10 which guide the frames 9 in the edge area. A ram 11, which can be driven to and fro, is mounted below the guide rails 10 and carries a driver claw 12 engaging in the frame track on its upper side. The lath magazine 8 consists of four angle profiles which are arranged in the area of the frame corners. In this magazine, the frames 9 are stacked on top of each other. If the plunger 11 moves to the left during the drive from the position shown in FIG. 2, then its end comes into engagement with two rollers 13 and presses them apart against the action of a return spring 14.
As a result, two rods 15 connected to the rollers 13 are also pushed apart, which pivot two shafts 17 arranged on both sides of the magazine by means of levers 16 engaging at their free ends. The shafts 17 carry gripping arms 18. When the rollers 13 are pushed apart, these gripping arms 18 pivot downwards so that the stack of frames is lowered onto the guide rails 10. If the ram 11 moves back in the course of the further drive, its claw 12 grips the lowermost frame and pushes it to the right according to FIG. 2. At the same time, the gripping arms 18 are pivoted back into the position shown in FIG. 3 via the return spring 14 and raise the remaining frames, with the exception of the lowest one, so that this lowest frame can easily be pushed further.
During the next work cycle, the now bottom frame is pulled off and pushed further so that finally the web 7 is filled with frames and the foremost frame 9 is ejected onto the horizontal conveyor during the next advance.
