Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Speisefetten, Brennölen und Salbengrundlagen.
 EMI1.1

 EMI1.2
   Fcttiorpern angewendet werden.

 EMI1.1
   acid gas.

   The production of fatty acid esters is known, but so far no one has found or recognized that these esters are a high technical term for the purposes mentioned. Attempts have also been made to produce fats synthetically from glycerine and fatty acids, but this has not yet been achieved; increasing percentages of fatty acids remain unaffected. The reason for this is that glycerine is a trihydric alcohol, mono- and diglycerides are easily formed, which decompose again easily when washed out with water.

   The solid esters like stearic acid and palmitic acid esters are said to be substitutes for
 EMI1.2
   Fcttiorpern are applied.
