Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schuhes mit anvulkanisierter
Laufsohle

Process for the production of a shoe with vulcanized
Outsole
In the case of shoes with a vulcanized outsole, this is vulcanized directly onto the upper part that is pinched with the insole in order to simplify the manufacture of the shoe. To do this, however, it is necessary to roughen the upper leather at the connection points with the outsole. To avoid this, it has already been proposed to attach a frame to the shaft.
The invention aims at a particularly favorable manufacturing process for such a shoe and achieves this in that the shade and the insole are pinched onto the last, as is known per se, that the pinched upper is then diverted and a horizontally extending frame strip with the lasting impact of the upper and the insole is fastened by means of a sewn-through seam and that the outsole is vulcanized onto the frame strip, if necessary with prior insertion of an insulating ballast. By using a horizontal frame trelf, a relatively large vulcanizing surface is achieved, which increases the strength of the outsole on the shoe upper.
Furthermore, the measure that the frame is fastened to the lasted shoe upper when the shoe upper is in the lasted state has the advantage that the frame can be fastened very easily with the help of a special guide, which would not be the case if the frame were fastened in the lasted state .
It is advisable to use a chrome leather strip as the frame strip, which ensures a perfect connection with the vulcanized sole.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a shoe produced by the method according to the invention, in cross section. The upper of the shoe is denoted by 1 and its lining is denoted by 2. Both are first pinched in a manner known per se with the insole 3 attached to the shoe last. Then the shoe upper produced in this way is finished off and a chrome leather strip 5 is attached to the gusset 4 of the upper 1 and the insole 3 by means of a sewn seam 6.

Outsole 7 is vulcanized. A ball-out mass can also be provided beforehand in a manner which is also known. Furthermore, both the insole 3 and the frame 5 can be provided with hole-like recesses 8 in which the rubber outsole is anchored.
