Doppelauslauf für den Filterträger einer Kaffeemaschine
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Doppelauslauf für den Filterträger einer Kaffeemaschine, der eine einzige, in der Mitte des Bodens liegende Bohrung besitzt, wobei der Auslauf eine senkrechte An- schlussbohrung und an diese anschliessend einen horizontalen, nach beiden Seiten sich erstreckenden Ka- nal sowie zwei nach unten führende Kanäle aufweist.
Ein schwieriges Problem beim Betrieb von Kaffeemaschinen der genannten Art besteht in einer gleichmässigen Verteilung des z. B. vom absinkenden Kolben eines Ausgabehahnes durch das im Filter enthaltene Kaffeepulver gedrückten Aufgusses in zwei Tassen. Dieses Problem hat bisher, trotz zahlrei- cher Vorschläge, keine befriedigende Lösung gefunden.
Die Erfindung setzt sich zum Ziel, dieses Problem durch einfachste Mittel zu lösen.
Dies wird bei einer Kaffeemaschine der eingangs angeführten Art gemäss der Erfindung vor allem da- durch erreicht, dass in dem horizontalen Kanal im Bereiche der Achse der senkrechten Anschlussbohrung eine an einem zum Kanal koaxialen Dorn befestigte Scheibe axial verstellbar angeordnet ist. Der Dom ist gemäss einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung an einer in eine Verlängerung des horizontalen Kanales eingeschraubten und mit ihrem Kopf nach aussen ragenden Schraube befestigt.
Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind in der folgenden Beschreibung einer beispielsweisen Aus- führungsform an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in welcher der Erfindungsgegenstand im Schnitt dargestellt ist.
Der doppelte Auslauf besteht aus einem U-förmigen Körper 1 mit einem zentralen, mit Aussenge- winde versehenem Zapfen 2 zum Aufschrauben auf den Boden des Filterträger. Der Zapfen 2 weist eine axial durchgehende Bohrung 4 auf, die an ihrem unteren Ende in einen Kanal 5 mündet, der im Querteil des U-förmigen Körpers ausgespart ist. Der Körper 1 besitzt zwei nach unten abgebogene Teile 3, 3', die die Schenkel der U-Form verkörpern und die mit dem Kanal 5 in Verbindung stehenden, nach aussen führenden Kanälen 6, 6' versehen sind.
An einem Ende des Querteile, in der Zeichnung am linken Ende, ist eine von Hand vetellbare, mit einem Kopf 8 versehene Schraube 7 angeordnet, die eine nach innen reichende, in der Achse des
Kanales 5 liegende, dornartige Verlängerung 9 aufweist. An dieser Verlängerung ist im Bereich der
Bohrung 4 eine kreisförmige, die lichte Weite des Kanales deckende Scheibe 10 befestigt, die einen symmetrisch abgeschrägten Umfangsrand besitzt.
Die Schraube 7 ist vorteilhaft mit Feingewinde versehen.
Die Regulierung der gleichmässigen Verteilung des Getränkes wird durch die Verstellung der Schei- be 10 mit Hilfe des Kopfes 8 durchgeführt. Vorzugsweise besitzt die Bohrung einen Durchmesser, der kleiner als 4 mm ist. In diesem Falle füllt das durch den Filter ablaufende Getränk die lichte Weite der
Bohrung aus, so dass eine gleichmässige Verteilung des Getränkes gewährleistet ist.

A difficult problem with the operation of coffee machines of the type mentioned is an even distribution of the z.
