  Rollenmeissel mit kegeligen Schneidrollen für Tiefbohrzwecke 
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rollenmeissel mit kegeligen Schneidrollen für   Tiefbohr-   zwecke, bei dem die einzelnen Schneidrollen aut schräg zur Bohrachse angeordneten Zapfen drehbar sind. 



   Bei solchen Rollenmeisseln ist man bestrebt, die Lagerung der Schneidrollen soweit wie möglich vom Bohrdruck zu entlasten, um dadurch die Standzeit dieser Lager trotz erhöhter Bohrgeschwindigkeit wesentlich zu erhöhen. Man hat zu diesem Zweck bereits vorgeschlagen, die Schneidrollen mit einer Lauffläche auszubilden, die über ein zusätzliches Drucklager den Bohrdruck unter Entlastung der Lagerung der Schneidrollen aufnimmt. 



   Nach der Erfindung ist nun eine weitere Verbesserung der Lagerungsverhältnisse (bei den Schneidrollen dadurch erzielt, dass die Lagerung der Schneidrollen elastisch, z. B. in Gummi oder in Kunststoff, ausgeführt ist. Dadurch ist eine weitere Erhöhung der Standzeit dieser Lager erreicht. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung in einem Teilschnitt als Beispiel dargestellt. 



   An dem Tragkörper 1 des Bohrmeissels sind schräg zur Bohrachse x liegende Drehzapfen 2 angeordnet, auf denen Schneidrollen 3 mit ihren Schneidkörpern 4 drehbar sind. An den Schneidrollen 3 sind Laufflächen 5 vorgesehen, mit denen ein zusätzliches Drucklager 6 zusammenwirkt. 



   Die Lagerung der Schneidrollen 3 besteht aus einem Rollenkranz 7 und einem Kugelkranz 8. 



  Die Rollen des Rollenkranzes 7 bestehen aus einem elastischen Material, z. B. Gummi oder Kunststoff. 



   Auch die gesamte Lagerung kann aus Gummi oder Kunststoff bestehen.

The invention relates to a roller bit with conical cutting rollers for deep drilling purposes, in which the individual cutting rollers are rotatable on pins arranged at an angle to the drilling axis.



   With such roller bits, efforts are made to relieve the bearing of the cutting rollers as much as possible from the drilling pressure in order to thereby increase the service life of these bearings significantly despite the increased drilling speed. For this purpose, it has already been proposed to design the cutting rollers with a running surface which, via an additional pressure bearing, absorbs the drilling pressure while relieving the bearing of the cutting rollers.



   According to the invention, a further improvement in the bearing conditions (in the case of the cutting rollers) is achieved in that the bearing of the cutting rollers is made elastic, for example in rubber or in plastic. This further increases the service life of these bearings.



   In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in a partial section as an example.



   On the support body 1 of the drill bit, pivot pins 2 are arranged obliquely to the drilling axis x, on which cutting rollers 3 with their cutting bodies 4 can be rotated. Running surfaces 5 with which an additional thrust bearing 6 interacts are provided on the cutting rollers 3.



   The mounting of the cutting rollers 3 consists of a roller ring 7 and a ball ring 8.



  The rollers of the roller ring 7 are made of an elastic material, for. B. rubber or plastic.
