Dosiereinrichtung für schüttfähiges Festgut
Die Erfindung'bezieht sich auf eine Dosiereinrichtung für schüttfähiges Festgut mit einem unterhalb eines Vorratsbehälters angeordneten Messgefäss, das ebenso wie der Vorratsbehälter mit einem verstellbaren Verschluss versehen ist.
Bei den bekannten Dosiereinrichtungen dieser Art besteht die Schwierigkeit, dass das Gut unter dem Druck der darüberliegenden Vorratsmenge am Auslauf oft so zusammengepresst wird, dass eine Brücke entsteht, die den Auslauf verschliesst und den gleichmässigen Zulauf in das Messgefäss behindert. Bei der Zerstörung der Brücke durch Klopfen oder Rütteln schiesst das Gut dann plötzlich auf einmal in das Messgefäss, was eine genaue Dosierung unmöglich macht.
Diese Mängel sind nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass der Abschluss für den Vorratsbe- hälter mit dem Vorratsbehälter über eine elastische Manschette verbunden ist und im Messgefäss verschiebbare Wände zur Einstellung einer bestimmten Füllmenge sind. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass beim öffnen des Verschlusses sich die Manschette infolge der Entlastung zusammenzieht und dabei eine etwa im Vorratsbehälter vom Schüttgut gebildete Brücke zerstört. Auf diese Weise wird eine gleichmässige und schnelle Füllung des Messgefässes erreicht.
Die Manschette hat zweckmässig nach unten eingezogene Wände und dazu die Form eines auf den Kopf gestellten Kegelstumpf- oder Pyrami- denstumpfmantels.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Dabei ist Fig. 1 eine Ansicht der Gesamtvorrichtung, wobei das untere Gefäss geschnitten ist, Fig. 2 ein Schnitt durch die Vorrichtung nach der Linie A-B in Fig. 1 und Fig.
3 eine Draufsicht auf das untere Gefäss unter Weglassung der darüberliegenden Teile der Vorrichtung.
Gemäss Fig. 1 ist der Vorratsbehälter 1 mit einer elastischen Gummimanschette 2 als Auslauf mit dem Auslaufabschluss 3 verbunden, der durch einen Segmentschieberverschluss 4 verschliessbar ist. Der obere Verschluss 3,4 wird vom Vorrats- behälter 1 durch Stäbe 5 getragen, die zugleich einen Käfig für die Manschette 2 bilden. Die Manschette 2 hat im Beispiel die Form eines Pyramidenstumpfmantels ; sie kann natürlich auch. die Form eines Kegelstumpfmantels od. dgl. haben.
Unter dem Verschluss 3, 4 befindet sich das Gefäss 6 mit einem Segmentschieberverschluss 7, dessen Füllinhalt sich durch zwei gleiche verschiebbare Bleche 8 einstellen lässt. Jedes Blech 8 sitzt dazu auf zwei Schiebern 9, die in zwei Muffen 10 am Gefäss 6 geführt werden.
Die Bleche 8 können gegebenenfalls auch mechanisch durch eine gemeinsame durchlaufende Schraubenspindel mit gegenläufigen Gewinden verstellt werden.
Nach Einstellung der Bleche 8 öffnet man den Segmentschieberverschluss 4 am Abschluss 3, worauf sich das untere Gefäss 6 bis zur eingestellten Menge füllt. Beim Durchlauf des Schüttguts aus dem Vorratsbehälter in das Gefäss 6, 8 wird die Manschette 2 entlastet, zieht sich zusammen und zerstört dabei etwaige Brücken im Schüttgut. Durch öffnen des Segmentschieberverschlusses 7 am Gefäss 6 wird die dosierte Menge zugeteilt.
Die beiden Segmentschieberverschlüsse 4 und 7 können von Hand pneumatisch oder elektrisch betätigt sein und gegebenenfalls auch selbsttätig in gegenseitiger Abhängigkeit gesteuert werden.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Dosiereinrichtung für schüttfähiges Festgut mit einem unterhalb eines Vorratsbehälters angeordneten Messgefäss, das ebenso wie der Vorratsbehälter mit einem verstellbaren Verschluss versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschluss (3) für den Vorratsbehälter (1) mit dem Vorratsbehälter über eine elastische Manschette (2) verbunden ist und im Messgefäss (6) verschiebbare Wände (8) zur Einstellung einer bestimmten Füllmenge angeordnet sind.

The invention relates to a metering device for pourable solid material with a measuring vessel which is arranged below a storage container and which, like the storage container, is provided with an adjustable closure.
With the known metering devices of this type, there is the problem that the material is often so compressed under the pressure of the overlying storage quantity at the outlet that a bridge is created which closes the outlet and prevents the even inflow into the measuring vessel. If the bridge is destroyed by knocking or shaking, the material suddenly shoots into the measuring vessel, which makes precise dosing impossible.
These deficiencies are avoided according to the invention in that the closure for the storage container is connected to the storage container via an elastic sleeve and there are movable walls in the measuring vessel for setting a certain filling quantity. This ensures that when the closure is opened, the cuff contracts as a result of the relief and thereby destroys a bridge formed by the bulk material in the storage container. In this way, the measuring vessel is filled quickly and evenly.
The sleeve expediently has walls drawn in downwards and for this purpose the shape of a truncated cone or truncated pyramid jacket turned upside down.

According to FIG. 1, the storage container 1 is connected with an elastic rubber sleeve 2 as an outlet to the outlet closure 3, which can be closed by a segment slide closure 4. When the bulk material passes from the storage container into the vessel 6, 8, the cuff 2 is relieved, contracts and thereby destroys any bridges in the bulk material. By opening the segment slide valve 7 on the vessel 6, the dosed amount is allocated.
The two segment slide closures 4 and 7 can be operated pneumatically or electrically by hand and, if necessary, also be controlled automatically in mutual dependence.
