Distribution device for filling silos
The invention relates to a distribution device consisting of a system of longitudinal conveying device and double transverse depositing device for filling silos with a rectangular base area, with pourable material, in particular loam or clay, aimed at the difficulty of distributing the filling material evenly in the silo and in particular the formation of pouring cones or To avoid bulk walls, to be overcome with simple, reliable means.
Attempts have been made to solve this problem with throwing machines; However, the throwing distance depends on the size of the pieces.
Since the individual pieces of clay and loamy material differ considerably in size, it can happen that individual pieces are thrown over the silo walls by the growing machine. The formation of a cone in the middle of the silo space can certainly be avoided when using throwing machines, but there were often two embankments

and results are obtained with manifold assemblies which use a. Have a system of longitudinal and cross conveyor belts, the cross conveyor belt being movable over the rectangular base area of the space to be filled; the present invention relates to an improvement on this latter distribution device.
In this context, a distribution device has become known, according to which the double transverse branches are pipes, which, however, has various disadvantages: The pipes through which the material flow flows tend to stick when the material is moist and, as is the case with clay or Sound is the case, sticks; also the drive of these Rohresie form an angle with the vertical and rotate, describing a cone shell - cumbersome. After all, the distribution of the material is not very even, because the pipe ends describe circles whose diameter cannot be changed.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, the invention proposes in a distribution device of the type mentioned above that the double transverse stacker consists of a pair of conveyor belts conveying in opposite directions, the discharge ends of which have their horizontal distance from the longitudinal conveyor device by means of drive means assigned to the transverse stackers continuously and periodically.

end when moving transverse branches coat a surface area. The movement of said discharge ends is expediently brought about by the two transverse discharge conveyor belts executing a mirror-inverted, symmetrical oscillating movement in a vertical plane around their mutually facing inner ends, which are arranged below the longitudinal conveyor.
However, it is also possible that the two transverse discharge conveyor belts represent a pair of axially aligned conveyor belts conveying in opposite directions, which revolve around a vertical axis that is a symmetrical of the two transverse discharge conveyors and is perpendicular to the conveying surface of the longitudinal conveyor device .
The schematic drawings show, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
1 shows in a diagram a silo hall 1, the filling space of which is laterally closed by the walls 2. In the silo longitudinal axis, a longitudinal conveyor belt 3 is provided, which can be moved as a whole in the direction of this longitudinal axis. The belt 3 conveys the filling material to the discharge point 5, from where it falls onto the ends of two cross conveyor belts 6 and 7, from where it falls onto the mountain 4. The belts 6, 7 are articulated on a supporting structure 8, which is connected to the supporting structure of the longitudinal conveyor belt 3, so that the belts 6, 7 can move together with the feeder belt in the longitudinal direction of the silo. The bands 6, 7 can be pivoted up and down in a vertical plane by the variable angle α.
The pivoting movement of the two belts is mirror-inverted, which balances the weight. At 9 the motor and at 10, the reverse gear for producing the pivoting movement of the belts 6 and 7 is shown.
Fig. 2 shows another distribution device; bands 6 and 7 remain horizontal but become in

The direction of the arrows moves horizontally back and forth so that their drop points change their horizontal distance continuously. This arrangement is useful if the room has a limited height.
According to Fig. 3, the two transversely laying belts 6 and 7 are arranged on a rigid support frame (not shown) which rotates about a vertical axis 11 which goes through the discharge point of the feeder belt. With continuous rotation of the belts, there is a scatter range which is greatest in the position of the belts shown in FIG. 3, while pivoting the belts about the axis 11 results in the horizontal distance

3 modified according to FIGS. 1-3 also have the advantage that easy adjustment can be achieved both by changing the running speed of the belts 6 and 7 and by changing the pivoting, shifting or rotating movement of the same.
In Fig. 4 a device is shown in which a longitudinal conveyor belt 12 extends over the entire length of the silo. The material is discharged where the adjustable scraper is located. At the inclined surface of this scraper, the material is deflected in the direction of arrow 14 into a funnel and then falls, divided by a prism provided inside the funnel, onto the two transverse belts, the movement of which takes place as in FIG.
