Österreichische PATENTSCHRIFT Ni. 17128. FIRMA SCHWARZWALD URBAHN, GES. M. B. H. IN HAMBURG.

   Zehenkappe.
 EMI1.1

 EMI2.1

can. The known caps are namely, as soon as they have become damp and are exposed to pressure, always deformed, which is noticeable by the formation of permanent folds. When dry, these folds form hard spots which continue to press on the toes and accelerate the formation of corns, etc., and also take away the beautiful shape of the boot.

The embodiment in FIGS. 4 and 5 shows a cap a, b, c according to the present invention, which is split transversely at its front end.

In the embodiment in FIGS. 6 and 7, the cap a, b, c is provided with cracks 4 at its front end. The splitting in the former version or the scoring in the latter version is intended to take the tensile force from the front part of the surface of the rubber plate a, b, c, so that the cap can be given any durable shape without using the joint e. The front lower part of the cap a, b. c retains its traction.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Toe cap, consisting of a rubber plate (a) with fabrics (b and c), characterized in that the same for the purpose of achieving any shape with a push (e) made of leather or. Leather replacement is provided.

Claims (1)

2. Toe cap according to claim 1, wherein the rubber plate is split at the front in order to take away the tensile force from the front upper part so that the boot maintains the given shape due to the tension of the front lower parts of the rubber plate. 3. 3. Toe cap according to claim l, wherein for the purpose of achieving and maintaining any boot shape, the front part of the rubber plate is provided with cracks at the top in order to take away the tensile force there and to maintain the lower part of the same in tension.
