Werkzeug zum Einbringen des Laufmantels in die Radfelge.
Das Einbringen des Laufmantels in die Felge ist insbesonders bei Motorriidern schwierig. Bisher bediente man sich eines geraden Eisenstabes, mit dessen Hilfe der Wulst des Mantels über die Kante der Folge gehoben wurde, was jedoch eine sehr grosse Ge- schicklichkeit des Arbeiters erforderte und häufig zu Verletzungen des Luftschlauches führte. Die Verletzungen traten auf, wenn das Eisen zu weit zwischen Felgenrand und Mantelwulst eingeführt wurde, während es besonderer Geschicklichkeit bedurfte, um das Überschlagen des Mantelwulstes beim Hochheben des Eisens zu vermeiden.
Fig. 1 zeigt das neue Werkzeug, durch dessen Gestaltung die genannten Nachteile vermieden werden ; die Fig. 2-4 zeigen das Werkzeug in verschiedenen Gebrauchslagen.
Um ein zu weites Einführen des Werkzeuges zwischen Felgenrand und Mantolwulst hintanzuhalten, besitzt dasselbe zunächst einen etwas konvex gekrümmten Endteil b, welcher in einen Grcifhaken d ausläuft, mit dem es auf den Felgen'and e gesetzt wird. Um das Überschlagen des Mantelwulstes beim Einlegen desselben zu vermeiden, ist das Werkzeug so ausgebildet, dass sich an das konvex gekrümmte Ende b eine konkav gekrämmte Gleit-

The introduction of the barrel jacket into the rim is particularly difficult in the case of motor riders. Up to now a straight iron rod was used, with the help of which the bead of the jacket was lifted over the edge of the sequence, which, however, required a great deal of skill on the part of the worker and often led to damage to the air hose. The injuries occurred when the iron was inserted too far between the edge of the rim and the bead of the jacket, while special dexterity was required to prevent the bead from rolling over when the iron was lifted.
