  Mehrteiliger Innenring für Hochschulterschleudertrommeln 
Das Ausnehmen und Einbringen der Innenringe von im Reifenbau verwendeten Hochschulterschleudertrommeln ist, sofern wie bisher die Teile des Innenringes durch Scharniere zusammenhängen, schwierig und zeitraubend. 



  Diesem Mangel wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch abgeholfen, dass die Teile eines z. B. vierteiligen Innenringes an drei Stellen durch Bolzen und an der vierten Teilungsstelle, die schräg verläuft, mittels eines Spannschlosses od. dgl. miteinander verriegelt werden, wobei beim Zerlegen oder Zusammensetzen der Trommel die Innenringteile um die zylindrischen Flächen der Bolzen gleiten können. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt in Fig. 1 einen Innenring nach der Erfindung in zusammengestellter Lage seiner Teile. In Fig. 2 sind zwei Ringteile auseinandergenommen dargestellt. Fig. 3 zeigt den Innenring im Schnitt nach der Linie   A   B der Fig. 1. 



   Der Innenring besteht aus den Teilen 1 und 2 und den beiden Teilen 3. Diese vier Teile sind an drei Stellen durch Bolzen 5 und an der vierten Stelle, deren Teilfuge schräg   verläuft,   durch ein Spannschloss od. dgl. 6 miteinander verriegelt. 



  Die Bolzen 5 sind, wie insbesonders Fig. 2 deutlich erkennen lässt, an einem Ende der Teilstücke 2 und 3 angeschweisst oder in sonstiger geeigneter Form befestigt und werden von den Bolzen angepasste und durch Bleche 7 verbreiterte, halbkreisförmige Ausnehmungen 8 des anschliessenden Teilstückes umfasst. 



   Dadurch, dass die beiden Teilstücke 3 austauschbar sind und einer Verwechslung der Teile 1 und 2 wegen der schrägen Teilung an der Verriegelungsstelle 6 vorgebeugt ist, ist ein rascher Wiedereinbau des Innenringes gewährleistet.

The removal and insertion of the inner rings of the high shoulder drums used in tire construction is difficult and time-consuming, provided that the parts of the inner ring are connected by hinges as before.



  This deficiency is remedied according to the invention in that the parts of a z. B. four-part inner ring at three points by bolts and at the fourth division point, which runs obliquely, by means of a turnbuckle or the like. Are locked together, with the inner ring parts can slide around the cylindrical surfaces of the bolts when disassembling or assembling the drum.



   The drawing shows in Fig. 1 an inner ring according to the invention in the assembled position of its parts. In Fig. 2 two ring parts are shown taken apart. FIG. 3 shows the inner ring in section along the line A B in FIG. 1.



   The inner ring consists of parts 1 and 2 and the two parts 3. These four parts are interlocked at three points by bolts 5 and at the fourth point, the parting line of which is inclined, by a turnbuckle or the like 6.



  The bolts 5 are, as can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 2, welded to one end of the sections 2 and 3 or fastened in some other suitable form and are encompassed by the bolts adapted and widened by sheets 7, semicircular recesses 8 of the subsequent section.



   The fact that the two parts 3 are interchangeable and that parts 1 and 2 cannot be mixed up because of the inclined division at the locking point 6 ensures that the inner ring can be quickly reinstalled.

PATENTANSPRUCH : Mehrteiliger Innenring für Hochschulterschleudertrommeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Teile an zwei oder mehr Stellen durch Bolzen (5) und diese zum Teil umfassende Ausnehmungen (8), und an der letzten, schräg verlaufenden Teilungsfuge durch ein Spannschloss od. dgl.
