Sandstrahlgebläse
EMI1.1

Sandblasting blower
EMI1.1
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a longitudinal section.
An inherently elastic, thick-walled plate 6 is firmly clamped in a so-called joint piece 1 by means of a clamping ring 2 and screw bolt 3, as well as a further clamping ring 4, which has a corresponding central recess 5. This plate has an opening into which a jet pipe 7 is quickly drawn, u. zw. So far that its conical, rear opening or extension 8 abuts against said opening of the inherently elastic plate. This means that the said jet pipe can move in a conical shape in all directions, but cannot move away from the inherently elastic plate part. At the front, the said pipe has a jet nozzle at 10, which is clamped onto the jet pipe by means of a union nut 11 at 12.
This jet nozzle is the only organ that is subject to relatively rapid wear and tear, so that it can be easily replaced.
The joint 1 now has a spherical inner surface at 14 and a cylindrical bore at 15, into which a nozzle is inserted at 16, the conical narrowest point of which faces the conical widening of the jet pipe in such a way that a correct one even when the jet pipe is inclined The transition of the sandblast from the bore 15 and the nozzle 16 into the jet pipe is ensured.
At 17, the connection to the sandblasting device is provided by means of a sealing cord, a clamping ring 18 and screw bolt 19.
Without departing from the scope of the invention, the technical details mentioned can also be replaced by their equivalents.
