     Schmiedeiserne   Ansatzflanschen, Ansatzbordringe u. dgl. weisen, wenn sie auf der Exzenterpresse aus der vollen Rohscheibe hergestellt werden, eine stark abgerundete Innenkante des ausgepressten Mittellochs auf, da beim Herauspressen des Ansatzes die obersten Materialschichten mitgezogen werden. 



  Solche Ansatzflanschen bedürfen einer umständlichen, das Erzeugnis verteuernde Nacharteit durch Abdrehen der   Flanschfläche   bis zur Erreichung einer eckigen Innenkante, worauf insofern Rücksicht genommen werden muss, als die Dicke der Rohscheibe um den abzudrehenden Teil stärker gewählt werden muss. Dadurch wird mehr Arbeit zum Auspressen und eine teuere Nacharbeit bei nicht unbedeutendem Materialabfall unvermeidlich. 



   Um diese Nachteile zu beseitigen, wird gemäss der Erfindung in die beim Auspressen nach oben liegende Fläche der Rohscheibe, deren Dicke der Flanschendicke entsprechen kann, eine schmale Ringnut vom ungefähren Durchmesser des auszupressenden Mittellochs eingearbeitet, wie dies in Fig. 1 und 2 veranschaulicht ist. a ist die   Rohscheibe,   b die Ringnut. 



   Wird nun die so vorbereitete Rohscheibe ain warmem Zustand auf die Exzentei presse gebracht, so werden vom Pressstempel die diesem zunächstliegenden Materialschichten durchtrennt und nicht oder nur wenig mitgezogen, so dass die angestrebte eckige. Innenkante c, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, erhalten wird.
