Karabiner.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Karabiner, welcher aus einem in sich federnden Bügel und einer an demselben nach aussen drehbar angeordneten Zunge besteht, die durch die Wirkung dos federnden Bügels in ihrer Verschluss- gegebenenfalls auch Offenstellung festgestellt wird.
Die Zeichnung zeigt einen solchen Karabiner beispielsweise als Verschluss für Manschetten u. dgl. in drei Ansichten mit teilweisem Schnitt.
Der Karabiner besteht aus einem zweckmässig in Form einer #8" gestalteten Bügel 1 und aus einer an demselben drehbar angeordneten Zunge 6, weich letztere vorteilhaft mittels kantiger FeststeJ1ssächen 4 zwischen Schilder 5 des Bügels gelagert ist und durch Druck des Bügels auf eine der Feststellnächen in ihrer Schliessstellung festgestellt wird, in welcher sie die Öse 3 verschliesst. Durch Anordnung dieser nach aussen drehbaren Zunge an dem federnden Bügel wird-ein einfaches Einsetzen und Herausnehmen des Manschetten-' kopfes 2 erreicht, weil hiozu die Zunge 6 nur nach aussen gedreht zu werden braucht und diese hiebei mittels der Feststellflächen 4 durch den federnden Bügel festgestellt wird.
Das Maul des offenen Karabiners wird grösser, als es die Zunge allein bewirken würde ; denn der kürzere Arm der Zunge drückt beim Öffnen der letzteren auf den Bügel und bewegt hiedurch dessen freien Schenkel im Sinne einer Vergrösserung des Karabinermaules nach rückwärts (siehe die mit gestrichelten Linien gezeigte Stellung). Die Schilder 5 führen den beweglichen Schenkel des Bügels.
PATENT ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Karabiner, gekennzeichnet durch einen in sich federnden Bügel (1) und eine an demselben drehbar angeordnete, nach aussen drehbare Zunge (6), welche in ihrer Schliessstellung und gegebenfalls auch in ihrer Offenstellung durch den Bügel festgestellt wird, zum Zwecke, das Einsetzen und Herausnehmen von Gegenständen zu erleichtern und das Karabinermaul durch Zurückbewegen des freien Bügelschenkels während des Öffnens der Zunge zu vergrössern.
