Die bekannten diebstahlhindernden Taschenklemmen bestehen aus einem U-förmig gebegenen Bügel, an dessen einem Schenkel ein Klemmorgan verschwenkbar angebracht ist, das in seiner Sehliess- stellung mit der Wand der Kleidertasche zusammenwirkt und dadurch den Gegenstand in der Tasche sichert. Diese Taschenklemmen haben den Nachteil, dass bei zunehmendem Zug auf-die Brieftasche das Klemmorgan durch die dabei auftretende Reibung in die Offenstellung umgelegt und dadurch dessen Klemmwirkung verringert oder ganz aufgehoben wird.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist das Klemmorgan von einem durch eine Feder gegen die Taschenwand gedrückten, am wirksamen Teil mit Spitzen, einer scharfen Kante oder dgl. versehenen Klemmhebel gebildet, der derart angeordnet ist, dass seine Wirkung mit dem Zunehmen des auf clie Brieftasehe oder dgl.
