Die Erfindung betrifft einen Halter für Strümpfe, Socken u. dgl., bei welchem der Strumpfrand über den Knopf eines Verschlussstückes gespannt und mit diesem Knopfe in dem Schlitzauge eines knopfgabelartigen Bügels festgeklemmt wird. Bei diesen Haltern besteht das den Knopf tragende Ver. schlussstück in der Regel aus einer Gummilasche, die vorzugsweise mit dem am unteren Ende vorgesehenen Knopf aus einem Stück gefertigt ist, Diese Gummilasche wurde bisher entweder mittels einer Metallklammer am Halterband befestigt oder das Ende des Halterbandes wurde als Schlaufe durch einen am

klammern leicht Verletzungen am Bein verursacht und das Zerreissen der Strümpfe begünstigt.
Diese Übelstände beseitigt der neue Halter dadurch, dass das elastische Verschlussstück mit seinem vom Knopf abgekehrten Ende am Halterband unmittelbar durch Vernähen befestigt ist.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. 1 zeigt in Seitenansicht die Ausführungsform, bei welcher das elastische Verschlussstück in einem Falz des Halterbandes vernäht ist. Fig. 2 ist eine Rückansicht des ganzen Halters. Fig. 3 ist eine Seitenansicht eines Teiles des Halters in derjenigen Ausführungsform, bei welcher das Ende des Verschluss- stückes zwischen den Enden eines Bandes eingenäht ist. Fig. 4 zeigt das am Halterband befestigte Schild mit dem knopfgabelartigen Bügel.
Das um das Bein zu legende Band a ist in üblicher Weise mit einem Schild b versehen, an welchem der das knopfgabelartige Schlitzauge aufweisende Bügel d hängt. An dem Schild b ist ferner ein Band c befestigt, an dessen unterem Ende das aus einer Gummilasche bestehende, den Knopf t tragende Ver- schlussstück e befestigt ist. Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Befestigung dadurch erreicht, dass das zugeschärfte Ende g des Verschlussstückes e in einen Falz h des Bandendes c eingeschoben und vernäht ist.
Bei dem zweiten durch Fig. 3 veranschaulichten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Band c doppelt gelegt und die Befestigung des zugeschärften Endes g erfolgt durch Einschieben und Vernähen zwischen den beiden umgelegten Bandenden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Halter für Strümpfe, Socken u. dgl., bei dem der Strumpfrand mittels eines einen Knopf tragenden elastischen Verschlussstückes im Schlitzauge eines knopfgabelartigen Bügels festgeklemmt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Verschlussstück (e) mit seinem vom Knopf abgekehrten Ende (g) am Halterband (c) unmittelbar durch Vernähen befestigt ist.

Fig. 2 is a rear view of the entire holder. 3 is a side view of a part of the holder in that embodiment in which the end of the closure piece is sewn between the ends of a band. Fig. 4 shows the label attached to the holder band with the button fork-like bracket.
The band a to be placed around the leg is provided in the usual way with a shield b on which the bracket d, which has the button-fork-like slot eye, hangs. A band c is also fastened to the shield b, to the lower end of which the closure piece e, which consists of a rubber tab and carries the button t, is fastened. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the fastening is achieved in that the sharpened end g of the closure piece e is inserted into a fold h of the tape end c and sewn.
In the second embodiment illustrated by FIG. 3, the tape c is laid twice and the sharpened end g is fastened by inserting and sewing between the two folded tape ends.
