Vergasungsbrenner.

Gasification burner.
The present invention relates to a gasification burner in which the carburetor is connected to the pre-carburetor by a pipe, and consists in that this connecting pipe extends to the bottom of the pre-carburetor in order to achieve the most uniform possible fuel supply to the carburetor. According to the invention, an element regulating the fuel transfer is also arranged between the pre-gasifier and the gasifier. Furthermore, according to the invention, the carburetor consists of a cylindrical hollow body and a coiled pipe adjoining this, surrounding the hollow body and ending in the burner nozzle.
The burner is shown on the drawing in view, partially in section.
The fuel supply into the pre-gasifier 8 takes place at 9 by the control or. Shut-off device. M.
In the pre-gasifier, a pipe 7 is arranged, which extends to the bottom of the same. This pipe ends
EMI1.1
from which is looped around the hollow body several times and opens into the burner nozzle 2. The heating bowl attached below the pre-gasifier is used to heat the burner. The carburetor is heated by the main flame developing at nozzle 2. The pre-carburettor is heated by reflecting the heat from the flame. This heating is sufficient to generate an overpressure in the pre-gasifier, which causes the fuel to pass through the connecting pipe 7 into the gasifier. The fact that the pipe 7 extends almost to the bottom of the pre-gasifier results in an even fuel supply to the gasifier. This can also be regulated by organ 4, 5.
The fuel is fed to the pre-gasifier using compressed air generated in the fuel tank. If the container needs to be refilled, this can be done without any operational disruptions when the shut-off element 10 is closed. The pressure in the pre-gasifier is sufficient to keep the burner operating during this time.
The device can be built in different sizes and shapes depending on its possible use and is primarily intended to be used in ovens where it can be installed without having to make many changes.
PATENT CLAIMS:
