  Stanze zur Herstellung von Briefumschlägen mit Aufreissfaden. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Stanze zur Herstellung von Briefumschlägen mit Aufreissfaden. 



   Die Fig. 1 der Zeichnung stellt die Stanze im Längsschnitt dar, die Fig. 2 zeigt dieselbe in der Draufsicht, die Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 2, und Fig. 4 zeigt das Netz des Briefumschlages mit eingezogenem Aufreissfaden. 



   Die Stanze besitzt, wie die Fig. 1, 2 und 3 zeigen, zwei angeschweisste Träger, in welche auswechselbare Locheisen s eingeschraubt sind. Mit diesen Locheisen werden beim Stanzen der Briefumschläge gleichzeitig die beiden Löcher c und d (Fig. 4) ausgestanzt, die zur   Führung   des Aufreissfadens im Umschlag dienen. Weiters ist die Schneide der Stanze auf der linken Seite (Fig. 2) so ausgebogen, dass beim Stanzen des Umschlages gleichzeitig ein   Lappen f   ausgestanzt wird, unter welchem der Aufreissfaden festgeklebt werden kann.

   The invention relates to a punch for producing envelopes with a tear-open thread.



   Fig. 1 of the drawing shows the punch in longitudinal section, Fig. 2 shows the same in plan view, Fig. 3 is a section along line AB of Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 shows the network of the envelope with the retracted Tear strip.



   As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the punch has two welded supports into which exchangeable punches are screwed. With these punches, the two holes c and d (Fig. 4) are punched out at the same time when punching the envelopes, which are used to guide the tear thread in the envelope. Furthermore, the cutting edge of the punch on the left-hand side (FIG. 2) is bent out in such a way that when the envelope is punched, a flap f is punched out at the same time, under which the tear thread can be stuck.
