Abreissbloek.
Tear-off block. In the known tear-off blocks, the perforation does not completely fulfill its purpose, as the detachment along the row of holes is often only partially successful, so that the detached sheets are torn and remnants of leaves remain on the block, giving it an unclean appearance. The inadequacy of the effect is particularly evident when the sheets are wide and thin, as is the case, for example, with carbonless paper that is packed as a tear-off pad.
Such troughs have therefore hitherto only been introduced to a small extent in practice. although they offer advantages over the usual way of storing the writing papers in boxes.
The failure of the perforation is likely to be due to the large extent of the longitudinally weakened part of the leaf. If the perforation is long, the tensile strength of the webs between the holes is so high that all webs cannot tear through in one go.
One must therefore tear through the webs one after the other starting from the edge of the sheet, the direction of pull constantly changing insofar as the angle that it includes with the perforation becomes ever more acute in the course of the tear. There. if the sheet is torn through in: the direction perpendicular to the respective pulling direction opposes the smallest resistance, it is finally torn after a line inclined towards the perforation.
In order to avoid the stated inconveniences, the perforation in the sense of the invention is arranged according to lines which, together with parts of the edge of the sheet, delimit fields which closely enclose the individual connecting means of the sheets. Regardless of the width, the perforation of the sheets is given a relatively short length and can be torn through in one go. The special arrangement of the perforation also has the advantage that the usable leaf area is increased and: the perforation work is reduced.
The invention is particularly suitable for use with carbonless paper blocks.
The drawing shows three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
According to FIG. 1, the perforation 1 runs on three sides of a rectangle, the fourth side of which is formed by the edge of the sheet. In the middle of the rectangles are the connecting means serving as Ver brackets 2. The perforation of the block shown in Fig. 2 has the shape of an angle, the tip of which is at the level of one leg of the bracket.
The perforation in Winkel farm is shorter than the rectangular perforation and can therefore: be torn through more easily. Is the paper strong, as shown e.g. B. is the case with tear-off calendars and notebooks, the connecting means can be arranged in the corners (Fig. 3). The perforation can then run in a straight line that intersects the corner.
