In der Patentschrift Nr. 110852 (Anspruch 2) ist ein Verfahren zur Überführung des hygroskopischen Ammonnitrats in einen streufähigen Mischdünger beschrieben, das darin besteht, dass man festes Ammonnitrat mit festem Diammonphosphat mischt und der Mischung u. a. kalihaltige Salze zusetzt.
In the patent no. 110852 (claim 2) a method for converting the hygroscopic ammonium nitrate into a spreadable mixed fertilizer is described, which consists in that solid ammonium nitrate is mixed with solid diammonophosphate and the mixture u. a. Adds potassium-containing salts.
In der dortigen Beschreibung ist u. a. die Herstellung von Mischungen aus Ammonnitrat, Diammonphosphat und Kaliumsulfat erwähnt.
In the description there is u. a. the production of mixtures of ammonium nitrate, diammonophosphate and potassium sulfate is mentioned.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man Düngemisehungen von sehr wertvollen Eigenschaften erhält, wenn man in diesen Mischungen oder solchen, die statt des Kaliumsulfates Kaliumnitrat'enthalten, das Diammonphosphat teilweise durch Monoammonphosphat ersetzt. Diese Düngemittel haben den Vorzug, dass man das Nährstoffverhältnis (Kali : Phosphor : Stickstoff) je nach Bedürfnis verändern kann, ohne dass die Lagerfähigkeit in ungünstiger Weise beeinflusst wird. Bei der Herstellung dieser Düngemittel ergibt sich der weitere technische Vorteil, dass das genaue Neutralisationsverhältnis, das der Diammonphosphatstufe entspricht, nicht eingehalten werden muss.
It has now been found that fertilizers with very valuable properties are obtained if the diammonophosphate is partially replaced by monoammonophosphate in these mixtures or those which contain potassium nitrate instead of the potassium sulfate. These fertilizers have the advantage that the nutrient ratio (potash: phosphorus: nitrogen) can be changed as required, without affecting the shelf life in an unfavorable way. The production of these fertilizers has the further technical advantage that the exact neutralization ratio, which corresponds to the diammonophosphate level, does not have to be adhered to.
PATENT-ANSPRUCH :
Mischdünger gemäss Anspruch 2 des Patentes 110852, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Ammonnitrat, Monoammonphosphat, Diammonphosphat und ferner Kaliumsulfat oder-nitrat enthält.
