Device for the production of bottles with internal grooves, in particular milk bottles.
Up to now, bottles with an internal groove for a sealing washer, such as those provided in particular for milk bottles, could only be produced by hand using pliers, with the pre-blown bottle having to be removed from the head pliers and heated again, which, apart from that, increased production costs. that it was left to the skill of the worker to correctly produce the groove.
According to the present invention, these inconveniences are eliminated by producing the groove in the head forming pliers by means of a ring which is pushed onto an eccentric of the level rod and rotatable with the level chuck, whereby in its original position it does not protrude above the cylindrical surface of the level chuck.
The ring. which sits between the shoulder surface of the level and the upper surface of the level chuck on the eccentric provided at this point on the level rod, is guided by means of a pin in a radial indentation of the level chuck, from which it receives the rotating movement, while the eccentric at the level, that too. u. is rotated with a higher number of revolutions, the radial movement of the ring is concerned.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of a device according to the invention is shown, u. between shows: FIG. 1 the same in vertical longitudinal section and FIG. 2 in cross section.
In the drawing, a al denotes the two parts of the shaping pliers. b the level. c the level rod, d the level chuck, e the eccentric provided on the level rod under the head. f the ring that is movably attached to this eccentric, 9 the drive pin on the ring,
EMI1.1
When the level is introduced into the form pliers, the ring f is in its original position (Fig. 1 and 2), in which it does not protrude beyond the cylindrical outer surface of the level chuck, so that only the diameter of the level chuck in Comes into consideration. Now the head of the bottle is shaped in a known manner with the level at rest and then the gear is switched on, which sets the level and ring in rotation. whereby the groove is depressed; then the rotation is stopped in the original position of the ring f, which is made visible on an external mark. the level withdrawn and the bottle blown.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Device for the production of bottles with inner groove, characterized in that an eccentric is provided on the level rod (c) below the level head and a ring (f) connected to the level chuck (d) rotatably and displaceably is placed around it.
