Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Manschetten aus Leder oder ähnlichem Material.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung, mittels welcher Manschetten aus Leder oder ähnlichem Material - ganz gleichgÜltig welcher Form -, ob Napfform, Hutform, Nutring oder Dachform, aus dem vollen Material, auf einem einzigen Druck hergestellt werden können.
Bisher wurden diese Manschetten fast ausnahmslos so hergestellt, dass zuerst die entsprechende Scheibe aus dem Material geschnitten wurde, hierauf die Manschette gepresst und dann auf der Drehbank auf die erforderliche Höhe abgestochen und die Lippe eingedreht, allenfalls noch das notwendige Loch für die Kolbenstange ausgestochen wurden.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel, die Napfform zugrunde gelegt, des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Mit dieser Vorrichtung ist es möglich, Manschetten-gleichgültig welcher Form-mit oder ohne Loch, auf einem Druck auf das genaueste, ohne jede Nacharbeit, herzustellen.
Die Vorrichtung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.
Im Oberteil I ist a der Schaft zum Einspannen in die Presse, b ist ein Führungsteil, dessen Unterkante zum Abschneiden der erforderlichen Materialseheibe dient. Der schräge Ansatz c dient zum Stauchen der Manschette und gleichzeitig zum Lippenpressen, der Stempel d bildet den inneren Durchmesser der Manschetten aus, die Rillen e gewährleisten eine leichte Abnehmbarkeit der fertigen Manschette vom Oberteil und schliesslich dient der Zapfen f zum Stanzen des Loches für die Kolbenstange.
Im Unterteil II ist g der Schnitt für die Mansehettenscheibe, die Bohrung A formt den Aussendurchmesser der Manschette und i ist der Schnitt für das Loch der Manschette.
Werden Manschetten ohne Kolbenstangenloch erzeugt, so entfällt f und i.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Manschetten aus Leder oder ähnlichem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pressstempel (d) unten einen mit einer Schneidkante versehenen Zapfen (f) trägt, oben als Formteil zum Ausbilden des Manschettenrandes und anschliessend als Führungsteil (b) ausgebildet ist, an den sich der Schaft (a) des Pressstempels anschliesst.

The subject of the invention is a device by means of which sleeves made of leather or similar material - regardless of the shape - whether cup shape, hat shape, groove ring or roof shape, from the full material, can be produced with a single pressure.
So far, these cuffs have been manufactured almost without exception in such a way that the corresponding disc was first cut from the material, the cuff pressed onto it and then cut off on the lathe to the required height and the lip screwed in, if necessary the necessary hole for the piston rod was punched out.
In the drawing, an embodiment based on the cup shape is shown of the subject of the invention.
With this device it is possible to produce cuffs - regardless of their shape - with or without a hole, on one print with the greatest possible precision, without any reworking.
