Stromzuführung an Kondensatorelementen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Stromzuführung an Kondensatorelementen, die aus Papier und Metallfolie so gewickelt sind, dass die Metallfolie beiderseits über die Papierlage hervorragt. Das Anbringen von Stromzuführungen ist hiebei wegen der geringen Stärke der Metallfolien mit grossen Schwierigkeiten verbunden.
Gemäss der Neuerung werden als Stromzuführung Metallklemmen verwendet, die mit den Rändern der Metallfolie des Kondensatorelementes unter Verwendung eines Lötmittels mit niedriger Schmelztemperatur verlötet sind.
Ein mit den Kennzeichen der Neuerung versehenes Kondensatorelement ist in der Zeichnung in Fig. 1 teilweise im Längsschnitt dargestellt, Fig. 2 zeigt eine schaubildliche Ansicht der Klemme.
Auf den stab-oder rohrförmigen Dorn a ist das Kondensatorelement b aus Papier und Metallfolie gewickelt. Gegen die beiderseits hervorragenden, Ränder der Metallfolie sind die Metallklemmen c gelegt, die auf der dem Kondensatorelement zugewandten Stirnfläche zweckmässig mit Rillen versehen sind. Die Verbindung der Klemmen mit den Rändern der Metallfolie erfolgt durch ein Lötmittel mit niedriger Schmelztemperatur, das zwischen die Rillen der Klemmen und die Ränder der Metallfolie eingebracht wird. Die Klemmen können ringförmig oder, wie dargestellt, sektorförmig ausgeführt sein. Bei Verwendung eines hohlen Dornes hat die neuerungsgemässe Stromzuführung den Vorteil, dass die Ölzirkulation

The invention relates to a power supply to capacitor elements which are wound from paper and metal foil in such a way that the metal foil protrudes over the paper layer on both sides. Attaching power leads is associated with great difficulties because of the low thickness of the metal foils.
According to the innovation, metal terminals are used as the power supply, which are soldered to the edges of the metal foil of the capacitor element using a solder with a low melting temperature.
