Bingschmierlager.
Ungeteilte Ringschmierlager aller Art, ob in Maschinen eingebaut, z. B. bei Elektromotoren, oder als selbständige Steh-und Hängelager hergestellt, haben am oberen Umfange des Lagergehäuses Öffnungen, durch welche die Schmierringe eingebracht werden.
Diese der Schmierringgrosse entsprechenden Öffnungen teilen den Lagerkörper an der oberen Hälfte in radialer Richtung gerade an einer Stelle, wo naturgemäss die grösste Beanspruchung erforderlich wäre. Ausserdem kann eine derart grosse Öffnung im Lagergehäuse sehr schwierig staubdicht geschlossen werden.
Die Erfindung bezweckt daher, diese Übelstände dadurch zu beseitigen, dass, wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, ein oder mehrere Schmierringe S in den Gie#ereiformkern jE'gebettet werden, um welchen das Gehäuse G gegossen wird. Nach Entfernung des Formsandes, befinden sich dann die Schmierringe im vollkommen geschlossenen Gehäuse, die Ölzuführung, sowie die Beobachtung des Ölumlaufes, kann dann wie bei jedem geteilten Lager, durch gebohrte oder freigelassene kleine Öffnungen erfolgen, welche vollkommen staubdicht geschlossen werden können.
Die Einbringung der Schmierringe in dieser Art ist dann gleich bei Lagern in Grauguss oder mit Metallschalen, weil bei letzteren in den Gusskörper eine Metallbüchse eingepresst wird, welche für die Schmierringe entsprechende Ausnehmungen besitzt.
