  Vorrichtung zur Herbeiführung eines Wasserumlaufes in Dampfkesseln. 



   Es sind Vorrichtungen zur   Herbeiführung   eines Wasserumlaufes in Dampfkesseln bekannt, welche aus über den beheizten   Flächen   angeordneten Dampf hauben mit in der Längsrichtung des Kessels liegenden AuslassstuLzen bestehen, die durch unten offene Rohre mit   stufenföl1niger   Decke verlängert sind. Die Deckenstufen bezwecken, die Form der an ihnen sich entlang schiebenden Dampfblasen dauernd zu ändern und dadurch die darunter befindliche Wasserzone zur Erzeugung von Strömungen im Kesselwasser energischer mitzunehmen. Dieser Zweck wird mit den bekannten Vorrichtungen, bei welchen die Deckenstufen   sohräg   nach oben verlaufen, wie später   näher auseinandergesetzt   werden wird, aber nur   allmählich   und unvollkommen erreicht.

   Zur Abstellung dieses Übelstandes besteht die Erfindung daher darin, dass die Deckenstufen in wagrechter Ebene verlaufen. 



   In der Zeichnung zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 den Höhenschnitt und die Draufsicht durch die in Betraeht kommenden Teile einer   Umlauf Vorrichtung   bekannter Bauart, Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit der Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstabe und die der Fig. 3 entsprechende Fig. 4 die Ausbildung der Deckenstufen der Auslassstutzen gemäss der Erfindung. 



   Bei der bisherigen Bauart der   Umlaufvorrirhtung   (Fig. 1-3) verlaufen die Deckenstufen a1, a2,     g,   der Auslassstutzen b, c   schräg   nach oben, so dass der an ihrer Unterseite entlang ziehende Dampf-

   Wesentlich anders geartet und anders gerichtete Wasserströme, die   den gewünschten Zweck   einer wagrechten   Vorwärtsbewegung   der Wassermassen unmittelbar und daher wesentlich vollkommener erreichen, werden aber erzeugt, wenn gemäss der Erfindung die Deckenstufen   al, a2,   in wagrechter Richtung verlaufen.

   Es bewegen sich dann nämlich auch die Dampfblasen in wagrechter Richtung und stossen daher auch die davorliegenden Wasserteile in wagrechter Richtung vor sich her, so dass sie unter Ausnutzung ihrer vollen Stosskraft unmittelbar in wagreehter Richtung sich fortbewegende Wasserströme in mehreren Schichten übereinander erzeugen und die ganze den Auslassstutzen vorgelagerte Wassermassc auf der gesamten Höhe der Auslassstutzen gleichzeitig und zuverlässig in wagreehter Richtung in Bewegung gesetzt wird.

   Devices for bringing about a water circulation in steam boilers are known which consist of steam hoods arranged over the heated surfaces with outlet nozzles lying in the longitudinal direction of the boiler, which are extended by tubes open at the bottom with a stepped ceiling. The purpose of the steps in the ceiling is to constantly change the shape of the steam bubbles sliding along them and thereby to more vigorously take the water zone below with them to generate currents in the boiler water. This purpose is achieved with the known devices in which the ceiling steps sohräg upwards, as will be discussed later, but only gradually and imperfectly.
